Absolutely horrible service! I had to go to another store as this location did not have good internet service to conduct transfer and the amount of the trade in vs. all the fees added total almost $70 than stated. I cannot get anyone on the phone with AT&T customer service and the one time I did the gentleman hung up and never called back. Maybe time to look at Verizon.

I walked in that place on Friday May 16 at around 2:30pm . Two At&T reps looking disappointed at their tablets with a customer in front. Did not knowledge me or say we will be right there I paced around for about three minutes then I left
went down the block and I purchased $3500 worth in products and also contracted services for those products. Business is not slow. Staff needs to be retrained or re plcd

Upgraded 4 lines at an AT&T “authorized retailer.” They ordered the wrong iPhone color. My sister-in-law didn’t open it, just asked for the correct one—and they want to charge her a $55 restocking fee for their mistake.
AT&T corporate says it's the store’s problem. The store says “just use it” or “buy a case.” Seriously?
No exchange. No credit. No accountability.
She didn’t get what she ordered. It’s about principle.

07/07/2024. Your ATNT employees in Dulles town center behaving super super rude with the costumers here in this branch Dulles Mall town center Sterling, VA. I have been 10 years of ATNT costumer, having my entire family in the line but we have never seen such employees in Dulles Mall Town Center in Sterling VA before. This is absolutely very frustrating and not really fair. We kindly request ATNT to make an attention in the regard. We came here to get help to the technical support that we face unfortunately, we got zero help with zero behavior and left the store with out any help. We also asked for the manager but still no response. I am going to report the name and the problem with representatives as well. Otherwise, we may change our service over all.

Samer And Alex were out standing. Great service. I stopped by today too move a phone number over to my account. Not only did they took the time to help me move the number over but, they found out that My wife and I could save some money on our account. Thanks guys to all the help today.

I went to this store inquiring about switching from Tmobile to AT&T. Now mind you I was a Sprint Customer since 1999. I loved the company as I used to work there as well while in college. That is the one and only reason why I was a customer of Tmobile was because of their merger. Let's just say Tmobile would never get a 5 star review. I am giving store manager Alejandro a 5 star review for stellar service, getting a few things that needed handled taken care of and my account with all it's lines up and running and good to go. If your looking to switch go see Alejandro and he will surely get you set up on the right track. Again, Thank You...
