Fantastic service from Auto Stop Elite from start to finish and I can’t believe I haven’t come sooner! On recommendation of my neighbor I came and was so impressed with their transparency, pricing and ease of service. I actually only came to enquire about pricing, though my state inspection was due. Granted they took care of everything in under 45min I usually dread going all the way to Leesburg to my regular car dealership where I consistently come out feeling I’ve just been robbed of a kidney.. Granted ASE was very reasonable when comparing prices like for like! Ben in particular was very helpful guiding me through recommendations and cross checking my records for services that may have already been done. Overall I’d highly recommend and will definitely be back again for all my future maintenance services.

Let me tell you these people do nothing but help me today. Came in for an oil change, but there was issues from the previous company that did it ( VA Tire and auto). Here they diagnosed it and told me my options. I had to leave to Georgia for work and had to leave soon as possible. They gave me a loaner vehicle while I was finishing up packing. This company definitely takes care of their customers and is knowledgeable on automobiles. When I come back during the holidays, I definitely will return to get my car re-inspected thank you very much.

First the good & then the bad. I have to say that Jason was very professional and nice. We actually had a lot in common. After finishing with my oil change, he told me there were 6 things that needed to be fixed. One of them was a filter replacement for a $145.00. If you think I'm kidding, I'll post the pictures. I took my car to my regular mechanic who is my friend. All of those things that he said that I needed, don't need to be done until I hit 50,000 miles. My car only has 30 430 miles. I'm not sure if he thought that he could take advantage of me because I was a woman. My mechanic also laughed at the prices & said they were outrageous. They don't even charge labor to replace the filters. Ps I can buy the filters & replace them myself. I'll have to say I will never come back to this place ever again.
This is in response to the owner's response. Even if that was the case there are 3 other services that you wanted to charge me for that were also not needed. Also, no response to a $145 charge for a filter replacement, which is ridiculous. The way this economy is now and everything is already outrageously expensive due to this administration. You need to stop taking advantage of people.
