I cannot say enough good things about Brad at B&C Diesel Services. I called him out of the blue looking for information on a used vehicle I was about to purchase. Brad not only took the time to answer my questions, he explained what was wrong with the vehicle and his suggestions. Mind you, I am 600 miles away, looking at a used vehicle with what I assumed was a transmission issue, I looked on CARFAX and saw that B&C had performed a transmission check. I thought, why not call and ask them if they remembered anything about it. He just saved me THOUSANDS of dollars, it cost him a little bit of time, but I can tell you, that’s the kind of guy he is. If you’re looking for a place to take your vehicle or your fleet, and want someone who genuinely cares, look no further, THIS is the place.

Take your business elsewhere, this had been one of the worst mechanic experiences I’ve had. Very unprofessional with communication, often left days (sometimes weeks) without an update on what was going on with our vehicle. Sloppy work, and ended up doing more damage than repair to the vehicle. In the end we were charged a ton of money to only end up needing all their “repairs” be fixed by two other mechanics after we received it back “fixed” from them.

Industrial repair shop. It took 4 weeks and 4 days to get my personal vehicle back. They are largely focused on their bigger customers who don't really worry as much about the cost of repairs. They diagnosed an injection pump failure and it cost 5k to get finished with new glow plugs. In their required 129 dollar inspection, they found another 5k worth of needed repairs. One of item was a brake job which my local shop did for 25% of what this shop wanted. The vehicle still continued to stall after going there and I had to replace the PMD. Somehow they missed that possibility... They charged me 80 dollars for fuel so they could drive it 100 miles to insure it ran right. Not sure sure what happened to the 20 gallons of fuel that was already in it. They're really personable however they're focused on the large truck audience..

Brad and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. I took my truck to them with some serious engine problems and they were able to get me back on the road with my truck running better than ever.

Brad is the best mechanic and honest is the day is long. Can't recommend this place enough. Tons of free advise and super friendly guys that know what they're doing. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The team at B&C Diesel is outstanding. The tradesman here are second to none. Being that this was my first diesel, I needed some extra education and they took the time to educate me on diesel trucks. The owner has created a team and a business that I will be patronizing for years to come. Thank you B&C Team!!

They fixed my 2006 TL, it really needed some love (new clutch, brakes and tires) and now it runs like brand new. It sounds good, it feels good, and it drives like a dream. I forgot what this car used to be capable of. Awesome. 5-stars!!!

I cannot think of a shop where I have gotten better service than B and C!Professional, polite and skilled, what more could you ask for. The road service, run by David, has saved me by repairing trucks and equipment at my shop or on site. 5 stars!

Don't recommend, if you leave your vehicle with them they don't even bother to lock it if it's sitting there for some time! Two stars because they at least have cameras

this shop fix issue but charged for 5 minutes job to change gland hand o ring $175 . I have never experienced something like this before.Service: General repairs & maintenance
