I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Zohal at Truist Bank for her extraordinary assistance and compassion during a recent visit. Initially, I encountered difficulties because I didn't have a US ID when I first came to US, which led to some challenges in receiving assistance from other staff members. However, Zohal went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I received the support we needed.

Absolutely abhorrent service, blatantly mislead me and hit me with 10 overdraft fees while I was asking them with help with zelle to fund my account that had overdrawn. Zelle told me that the problem was on Truists end, but no one would assist me effectively. When I asked for the fees to be removed, as I had been trying to fund the account since I learned that it had overdrawn...I was told that it was "your fault this happened" and then during the conversation was yelled at and even had my wife insulted.. So, I'm out an extra 360 dollars, I've been yelled at, been made to feel like a child, my wife was insulted, and it's all somehow my fault....and this was the "Senior Banker" I think her name was Shirley...but I can't be sure that I heard her name correctly through all of that condescending tone.... needless to say, the physical deposit that I made later that day will be my last deposit with Truist ever.....what a joke. Oh and "zero overdraft fees"...lol....I guess not for business accounts.

If you're trying to deposit cash - good luck! Most of the ATM features don't work. Shameful.

This location is the worst one in Sterling the employees are horrible with customers service I have no idea what type of manager that would hire rude teller's worse they don't even know how to do there job or even know how to communicate bye far worse place to come an the sad part only reason why people come to this bank just because of the location but other then that worse place

Every month I come to make a deposit, but this time the service of the cashier named Chanty was not adequate. I asked her to allow me to have a copy of the form where all the deposit information is to have more comfort with and proof of my transaction. She just made me write the account number on colored paper and he never wanted to be more formal, I need a specific proof where the account information is the person who receives the payment and the account numbers , they only gave me a simple receipt I feel that even the receipt paper was given to me in such a way that the paper almost flew out, that made me dissatisfied. finally I went to talk to the assistant I asked her if she had some time she told me NO but that she wanted to!! and he told me that since it's Saturday there are a lot of people and that they already have to go and that if I come Friday if they can give it to me, that annoys me more, if she told me in more kind way but what's the point of speaking kindly if it's a very little response professional, I mean it depends on the day the treatment is different, she went to bring the manager to confirm and I expect a better treatment and it turns out that in the same way he tells me that now they work that way that I settle for a receipt where not even everything is The complete information ...!!! I really expected a more cordial treatment from the manager but her manner made me decide to cancel my job and ask for my money back

Altiba (sp?) decided to sit at her computer for about 5 minutes while I sat at the drive through. Fortunately I called out or I wouldn’t have even known that the drive though was open. I spent a total of 17 minutes in the drive through for a simple deposit. I don’t know who the management is for this location is, but they’re not doing a great job here. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location in the future. Terrible customer service.

Instead of helping to close out my account and dispute a false charges to my account with me, they just threaten to report me to the credit bureau and kick me off the phone line right when business hours were closed, nobody should ever do business with this branch, bb& or truist

Staff is very reluctant to help and they don't offer much assistance. They were undergoing an audit when I called - business doesn't shut down because you're in an audit.

Very unprofessional service. They should put staff with more customer service skills to answer their phones. I felt like I was talking to a rude obnoxious neighbor rather than a professional that I pay for their banking service. Zulha is great but unfortunately not others. I’ll be moving my accounts as soon as I get an appointment.Have been with BB&T for years but this branch does not seem to function very well. South Riding branch is much better.
