They have the worst technicians ever! They came with dirty shoes in and they walked on our newly installed carpet and when I asked them to take the shoes off they yelled NO! And they just kept doing! And they came with missing tools and a broken product!!! Worst worst worst experience ever!

Quick and easy way to shop for all your electronic needs. The staff isn't as pushy as they are in other locations, but they don't seem to know/care much about what is in stock or available

I had a broken TV delivered and took it to Sterling for exchange. Unfortunately for delivery items you apparently cannot return online delivered items. Tony the Geeksquad manager stepped up and exchanged my TV probability to the detriment of the store. That’s customer service. Thanks Tony!

I purchased The printer and ink and return them 22 days after purchasing them. In order to get a refund for my purchase I had to buy a yearly membership for $50 that allows me an extention of time for returns. How with a membership which I will never use because I will never shop at a store where I cannot return an unused, Unopened item and get my full refund without being forced into a membership that I do not want nor will I ever use. Do yourself a favor and shop where returns are not dependent on whether or not you will buy or not buy a membership that you do not want.Lastly in my option…the management has no control over what goes on at the store so do not even bother talking to them…it’s just wait for your time.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Best Buy. I purchased a Sony ZV E 10 camera which stopped working, and when I attempted to return it, I was informed that my protection plan had been canceled and they could not assist me. I regret choosing to buy this camera from Best Buy, as other retailers like Costco or similar companies in the United States would have accepted the return without any questions. If you are considering purchasing an item that is also available elsewhere, I strongly advise against buying it from Best Buy. I am truly disappointed.

I became a member of Best Buy’s Total Care program to ensure my custom media home theater installed by Magnolia would be covered for any problems. I learned the hard way that Total Care doesn’t mean that anymore. I now have to pay a steep fee for any home visit. Apparently new management has put profits over customer support. Better to call it “Totally Useless Care.”
