We recently had a fantastic experience at this Nissan dealership. Daniel, our salesman, was amazing – knowledgeable and attentive. Brad, the finance manager, impressed us with his transparency and customer-centric approach. The whole process was efficient, and we were in and out in under 3 hours. Highly recommend their team!

Cameron, Brad and the rest of your staff went above and beyond and made my purchase very easy. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone to buy the car. I’m very happy with my purchase and LOVE this car especially with all the options it has. I’m from New Jersey and have a Nissan dealer 2 minutes from my house and made the three hour drive to buy this particular car that I was looking for over a year now. I’ve been up in the air with the Ranger, Colorado, Tacoma and the Frontier but made my decision and couldn’t be any happier especially with today’s crazy market and pricing of vehicles.Best wishes and happy holidays!Michael Rauscher

I had some work done that was recommended when I had the car inspected at Virginia Tire and Auto that I had to take back three times trying to find out why my dashboard was lighting up like a Christmas tree. I had enough and brought it to Nissan and Kane was my Advisor. He listened to me and kept be abreast of what was happening with the car and what needed to be done and returned my car to me within the same day and finally fixed correctly. I bought my Rogue from Safford and love my car and the service is always top notch.

I hope someone reads this. We purchased our Pathfinder in 2021, it has been to the dealership many times since we purchased it and this was BY FAR!!!! my absolute best experience. Kane was kind, helpful and understanding right from the get go. His communication during the process was stellar and if/when we bring the car back to the dealer I will be requesting Kane to be my service manager. Thank you Kane for rocking it!

Lily was outstanding, paying attention to all our needs, never had a sales person get me coffee before. in minutes she bought up 3 different cars from which we picked one and she quickly got the paper work going. she made it a pleasant experience, she was awesome .Thank you

My car was picked up from the collision center and driven straight to your location. Brian was a tremendous help in identifying an outstanding issue on my vehicle. Everyone that I encountered that day simply wanted to help me and make things right. Ultimately, the insurance company said my car had to go back to the collision center for the repair but without Brian's help, I wouldn't have the part numbers needed. I was very impressed with the concern and care for me and my vehicle. I will definitely be back!

Had to get a full 40k service for my rogue. She needed new tires, wipers, filters, and repair a broken tail light. I was offered a rental car while they worked on my car which made this possible for me and my family. They updated me regularly and honored a deal on the tires even though my transaction was delayed by a day due to a delay in parts. Appreciated the excellent customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Ayaan Asif with the purchase of my vehicle. I went in with the intentions on a used vehicle and was able to walk out with a brand new 2024 Pathfinder. I love knowing that Nissan is here in Sterling so I can get my car taken care of easily. I had to have a part shipped here for a replacement and it was expensive but it all worked out in the end. I am very pleased with getting help from Andrew and would recommend Nissan of Sterling to others. I have a Nissan and love driving it because its so fast! Just absolutely LOVE my Versa. Kane took very good care of me! What a nice person—you all are so fortunate to have him.The wait on Saturday was longer than I had hoped for—I live out of state and realized I needed an oil change while in the area—but Kane was so accommodating and cheerful that I simply couldn’t be miffed about it. And then? They finished sooner than estimated, just as Kane promised he’d try to do for me so I could get on the road.Kane also went over all the things that were inspected, which I appreciated very much.I think you’ve got a terrific staff there, and I’d happily recommend you to anyone who might ask. Despite a storm that caused a full power outage at the dealership, my recall software update was done via battery-powered laptops and tethered internet connections and I ended up spending less time waiting then they had estimated. They also replaced the battery in my key fob which was getting low as a courtesy for dealing with the outage.
