The store has a lot of good finds, but the checkout line is ridiculously long. You will be waiting at least 45 minutes to get your stuff checked out. They had three cashiers when I went. They needed at least 5.
Also, the patrons of the store often open products and test them out without buying. Be careful if you buy hair or cosmetic products because they may have been tampered with.

Burlington is one of the nicest store layouts in Sterling. They don't have a fitting room but the atmosphere makes up for it. Burlington's clothes selection is really nice and they have a lot of companies to choose from. Some of these include Calvin Klein and Reebok. Overall, the place is really chill, and if you are looking to spend a little bit of money, come to Burlington.

I bought a pair of sketchers shoes same price with other stores not cheaper but the quality was far terrible they were tore up just less than two months and when I told the store manager the issue he said yeah we know there is a material issue but we can not give you store credit for it.

The store offers alot! I just think the major of customers are just ungrateful, especially the regulars who COMPLAIN but STILL CONTINUE TO SHOP THERE.
The store is always steps ahead of the seasons and always have what you are looking for, or you surprise yourself and get more than you anticipated.
It can be a little messy but it's a large store with alot of disrespectful customers who don't care about opening items, taking care of their children, or just misplacing items in the wrong departments.
The ladies who are on the floor, back in receiving, And in the front cashiering work extremely hard! They deal with UNBELIEVABLE behavior from customers, they throw cloths at them, throw fits about not getting their way

I appreciate their patience and time they take on the work.
The managers do their upmost best and also work extremely hard on the store.
I would suggest going when you're NOT in a rush, and leave your trash behavior in the car or at HOME, come in when they open an leave at a reasonable time.

See reviews about long checkout lines long time back and it has never been addressed. It is a pain to check out stuffs at Burlington!

They closed the fitting rooms more than 2 hours before the close of the store. Tell me, how does that make sense? Besides the store employees making up rules in order to get off work earlier.

Thursday 10:30 outside the store even though hours 10:00 to 11:00 the store is already close and employees are making fun of us customers trying to go in, store should be fine because mislead people, o drove here all the way from Tysons’s just to have “people” making fun of me.

For the people I'm going to mention: Rachel S, Ibrahim Ibby Piracha, Cindi k, равиля Азиова, Bilal Qureshi, John Adkins, Gordon McClendon, for all of you who complain so much like you have no social life, instead of complaining and starting Let's see that cashiers are humans with minimum wage and at the same time they must suffer with people like you who only know how to complain instead of thinking and saying "It's true, this is a Burlington where everything is brand name and at a lower price, where people go and return their clothes without a receipt without a phone number where the cashier must search through all the options to return the money, which takes time, and not only will they return but at the same time they buy instead of complaining, it is better to stay "Be quiet and just go and pay for things in silence without helping, scandal" stop being hypocrites and garbage human beings and begin to understand that if you don't want to make lines there are Amazon or other stores that can buy online, oh of course you don't have enough money to pay $120 for shoes and I preferred to buy $29.99 shoes from the same brand but at a lower price, stop being children and stop uploading photos or videos of cashiers without their consent because cashiers can sue anyone who I took their photo without their consent
