Wow, the communication and end result from caliber blew me away. Jessica was on point with communication, updates, and the estimate to get my vehicles damage repaired.
10/10 would recommend, my vehicle has a special edition paint color and they matched it perfectly. I got some added work quoted on top of the accident repair work and they provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate compared to the dealer.

Brought car for repair in December 2024. During repair, Caliber Collision broke a side view mirror. End of July 2025, they still have not fixed the issue. They are not proactive, and do not communicate well. I need to call to have updates every few weeks (part damaged, backordered). I called today and asked to speak with the manager Mario but could not get through to him. I can't believe it.

It was my first time getting my car fixed at Caliber Collision, and it was great! The staff was professional, honest, and detailed. I had a minor dent in the rear bumper, and it’s like it was never there. I highly recommend this shop!
