I have entrusted Caliber Collision twice for repairs, and both times they have done excellent work. Everyone has always been professional. They do an excellent job of letting you know when your vehicle will be ready, and provide you with updates as the work is in progress.

Unparalleled customer service by Jessica (estimator) and the painter. I have had multiple encounters with this shop and am impressed with their kindness, professionalism, speed of completion, quality of their work and fairness. Truly the only place to bring my cars for body work!

Gets the job done, but not without issues. I brought my car in for a bumper replacement, and while they did complete the work, the replacement part wasn’t a great fit. When I came to pick up the car, there was a piece visibly sticking out that made it look off. No one mentioned it beforehand, I only noticed it because I happened to catch it myself.
On top of that, when I returned to pick it up again, I found noticeable stains or marks on my car seats that weren’t there before, possibly from shoes or hands during the repair process.
The guy working after 5:00 PM was super helpful and respectful, which honestly is the only reason I’m giving stars here. Overall, a bit of a headache.

The service I received at Caliber Collision was outstanding. The job was done less than the time they estimated and looked beautiful, show room quality in fact when I picked it up. All of the staff was extremely courteous, and I highly recommend their services and their folks.

This review is long overdue. The work these people do is absolutely amazing. Very professional and our vehicle looks amazing, the people they have working in the front office are so nice. The young man Patrick that helped deliver my vehicle, was very detailed about how the vehicle was repaired and how to take care of our truck after repairs have been completed. If I could give them Ten stars I would.

I had my 2024 Honda Odyssey repaired at this facility, everyone in the front office was very kind and very empathetic. I received constant updates throughout the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle, The representative was very thorough going over the entire repair with me. They even gave me a packet of how to take care of my vehicle for the next 90 days. If anyone who has been in a desperate situation where you only have one vehicle and it needs to be repaired quickly this is definitely the shop for you. I want to give a special thank you to everyone in the front office. My experience with this company was amazing. If I ever need work done to my vehicle Caliber Collision will be the first place that I will go.
