Great service and price for BMW motorcycle parts. Capital Cycle's price beat any I could find online or locally. However, not all parts are the same quality as original. I rebuilt a '75 R90/6 and although some parts I ordered were ok, others were not. For instance the cables for throttles and carbs were unusable due to lower quality, I ended up ordering the original more expensive BMW cables. Another lower quality item was the rubber gear shift lever, which wore more quickly and marked up my riding boots more than the original. Capital Cycle is a great asset for hard to find parts at a good price and the customer service is excellent.

I purchased a Siebenrock power kit for my BMW, and mistakenly had been sent the wrong kit. Ed was on vacation when I contacted the shop, and he got right on it the moment he was back. He worked very hard to get me a replacement. Great Guy, Great Company.

There were a couple mistakes with my order, but the owner was very concerned to make good by following up by phone and email. He kindly send an oil filter kit and crush washers for the next time I service my R100GS. Much appreciated.
