Terrible customer service very slow process . High banking fees

Three times in about a month they told me that their entire system is down and they can't do any transactions. If Capital One can't meet the most basic functions of a bank, why should anyone do business with them.

This is the branch where people hack, scam, steal on people ‘s debit card to withdraw on ATM without their knowledge. You should check your video cameras so you can see doubtful transactions and perpetrators. I will give it a zero as well if there is such!
