Outstanding service and customer care. Mr. Mo and his team provides fast, professional, and great service. He constantly checks in to make sure things are going smoothly and very easy to contact. We had to leaks (within weeks of each other) in our basement and both times we were able to save the carpet (that Carpet America originally installed) and simply replace the foam pad underneath. 10/10 service highly recommend their work!

I worked with Moe to get a big piece of carpet trimmed and bound and he made the process fast and easy. Great communication and quality work. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out.

We had the pleasure of working with Moe to select and install carpet runners on our two sets of wooden stairs. He came to the house to measure and worked with us personally in store to select the type and style of carpet that would look best and provide the best value/wear for a family with two kids and a dog. Armand and Eric came to install and did an incredibly efficient and beautiful job. They were both friendly and professional. Our runner has a design that they meticulously matched up going up and across the landings. Could not be happier with the results.

I am so happy we found Carpet America when we did our first carpet project with them 10 years ago. Mo and team are very honest, professional, thorough and excellent to work with. They pay attention to details and whenever we had a problem they were either able to answer or fix it right away. A couple of years ago I had flooding in my office. Mo ran right over was able to put an order in and replace our flooring within a few days. Mo and team were able to do this so fast without impacting our business operations. In July 2019 I completed a two level floor renovation in my new home. Once again Mo and Carpet America have exceeded my expectations. In about a week my home looks brand new thanks to Carpet America.

The guys at Carpet America and Floors really helped me out when I thought I'd never get my office carpeted the way I wanted it. They helped me find the carpet of my dreams and the price was right on the money. I'm coming back for sure when it's time to redo the carpet in my home.

Moe and Nima at Carpet America were easy to work with, made great suggestions, and cared about saving ME money. We had them install vinyl planks in our basement, laminate wood flooring in our bedrooms, and carpets on two sets of stairs. When they came to do the installation, they recognized our house from when they installed the hardwood on the main level for the previous owners. They do a great job and I could not recommend them more highly.
