This Chase bank is busy. They have a lot of customers come in and out at the time when I was there. My appointment was a bit late but Ernesto tried his best to quickly helped me with my needs at this bank. Everyone was helpful and very nice to interact with.

My husband and I came in and worked with Shamima today. She was amazing. We had issues being transferred on the phone around chase internally. Through it all Shamima made it happened! She even staying past the closing time so I was able to get my card.Thank you Shamima!!! We will definitely be coming back to you.
