I had to get a vaccine as a requirement for employment. When I went to the assigned Concentra clinic in Sterling, I was told that they did not have the vaccine and was asked to go to another clinic in Dulles. This was such a disappointment because I went there at exactly 8am, it's opening time, to be first in their walk in line since the employer wants me to complete this requirement within 3 days and I had an errand to do after. So, after being told they don't have the vaccine, I drove to their Dulles clinic, which is an additional 15mins away, and had to wait for another 20mins since other folks were already in line. The Dulles clinic personnel were very nice so at least that made up for disappointment I experienced from the Sterling clinic. The 4 stars here is really for Dulles. The Sterling clinic should not accept requests from employers if they cannot provide the service.

I had a wonderful experience there the people are great that does such a professional job if I could rate them 11 out of 10 I would have but I really enjoy the doctors who are really nice Miss Diane was was wonderful I just had a pleasant experience everybody from the radiation technician to just the nurses everybody will wonderful such a great and pleasant place to go to and I wish them all the best

The nurse was great!
However, Concentra has preventing me from receiving my own health test results that my potential employer requested me to take. So, I’ve ended up with my potential employer not calling me back about my results and Concentra’s denying me to access to my own test result information.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other regulations grant me a legal, enforceable right to my own health information.

Wait times 3+ hours (with only 4 other people waiting) and horrible service
Posters everywhere saying they’ll call the police and your employer for “verbal harassment” make you keep silent despite how rude they are
Doctors and staff look at you and treat you with resentment

Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a warm and accommodating atmosphere. Omnia, the assistant, displayed exceptional dedication and attentiveness throughout, significantly streamlining the entire experience. Her approach instilled a sense of ease and she diligently addressed all inquiries. The process unfolded seamlessly, and I have no doubt that I will be returning to this location.

So I filled out paperwork prior to arrival. Fill out same questions on the app. Then asked same questions 2 more times after in. On top of waiting over an hour. Then they want more medical history that is none of there business.

I had a good experience at Concentra Medical Center. The staff were really nice and helpful, and everything went smoothly once I got checked in. The only thing was the wait time, which was a little longer than I expected, but after that the process was quick and easy. Overall, I would definitely come back if I needed to.
