Dr. Erin was very helpful and professional. However, I was in pain and my experience with the physical therapy session was disappointing. I felt that the therapist rushed me and misrepresented my words, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.

This clinic was a terrible experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They barely understand or speak English, which made communication frustrating and unsafe. On top of that, their behavior was openly racist and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone there are far better clinics where patients are treated with respect and dignity.

Avoid at all cost. Terrible time management by staff. 4+ hours to get a physical. Give your money to another company who cares about your time.

Not a good experience! It would have been great to have known what to expect in advance. I had no idea how much of a specimen was needed for the drug test or that I wouldn’t be allowed to leave. I spent an hour waiting to be called back for the specimen. I spent another 2 hours trying to come up with enough urine. When I finally thought I was ready to try again there was no rush to allow me to try.i finally walked back on my own before I had an accident in the waiting room. I gave 1star because the staff in the reception area were very nice. I can’t say the same for the technician in the back.

Treated me like a job work that needs to be done. No personal care and compassion. I made the staff realize that that by responding to her the same and I know she knew how she felt.

Front desk was welcoming, the nurse that took me to the back was extremely rude, gave me nasty stares and seemed to be over her job. I would NEVER recommend concentra ever after this experience, and will do my best to avoid concentra. If I could leave this review with zero stars I would but thats not possible so I give them a one.

Had to go in for a problem that happened at work, and was very quick. Easy check in, they saw me quickly, took a x-ray and all went very smoothly. Staff was very friendly, pretty sure from time I arrived to time I was leaving was within a hour or less.

I was sent to your facility to complete a pre-employment urine collection. The young lady who made the collection spoke very rapidly and I could not understand her. After twice asking her to repeat what she had said, I explained that I had a hearing loss and wore amplifiers which seemed only to make her interaction with me more curt. I needed to ask her each time to repeat what she had said. I still do not know what she said when I left after her handing me copies of the paperwork.
