I’ve been here 3 days in a row during hours that they should be open and no one is inside and the door is locked. Everyone should go to the Leesburg location instead, it’s WAY more reliable. They are actually open when they say they are.

The gentleman working behind the counter was very helpful and friendly even though I arrived 15 minutes before closing. The store is fully stocked and had almost everything I needed.

I am a salon owner in Orlando Florida, I went into this store to get some color products for my clients. Mind you we have plenty of cosmo profs in Florida, this has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!! The cashiers name is JESSICCA she is so rude and disrespectful idk how in the world she is even working in this store let alone in this environment where a lot of professionals go in to get there products, if I was the store manager she would not be in my store very much longer. She was rude, asked me for my license multiple times just to ring me out. I understand asking for my License but asking me more then once is ridiculous. Her customer service was unprofessional I would notBe returning to this location.

Might be good for professionals. I was in the strip mall for a kids haircut and popped in for a nail file. The shelves for the nail files were mostly bare but I found one and went to checkout. I was asked for my phone number to look up my account. I said I didn’t have an account and they told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase since I wasn’t a licensed professional. I understand professional discounts but this is something any grocery store/pharmacy/7-11 would sell so it seemed silly. I didn’t argue and just walked out. Perhaps better signage letting people know that 99% of the people walking by are not allowed to make a purchase. It seems like this would be better located in an industrial park where HVAC suppliers are located vs. in a public strip mall.

Incredible service and knowledge of eomployees! They are always happy and friendly to see me but the older Rose is irritable rude and on her phone when I come to check out! Why do they let that?
