Would give the store a 5 if they would get rid of the pushy computer sales people that get into your grill as soon as you walk in. And also the pesky AC sales people as you leave. The one self check out would work a lot better if the number of items allowed was less than 15. Annual membership pays for itself in short order. But gas prices tend to be higher than average stations in the area. Why?

I am rating this Costco 1 star.If there was an option for 0 starts I would rate 0. We have had many terrible experiences at this Costco leading to bad costumer, racism etc. So for one of the experiences we were at self check out and me and my daughter were checking out and we had big items so we needed help we signaled for help many times and the lady’s that were working was just standing there looking at us but then when a white lady asked for help they went and helped her also we are Hispanic so it’s technically racism so when me and my daughter were waiting patiently so when someone finally came she said to us oh okay and walked away and went to go help someone else then grabbed the scanner and scanned our stuff and she said very rudely “Put the plant back in the cart” we were in shock that she had the audacity to such a thing. There has been many other horrible encounters like one time we were going to check out and a worker told us to Check out by ourselves when that was what we were already doing and he was throwing our things around when they were fragile. There are many other encounters that we have had but it could be whole book of things. But I recommend to not go to this Costco for its poor service.

My recent visit to Costco was extremely pleasant, All of the staff are very happy and it’s a good atmosphere to be around. My kids enjoyed all the samples they had to offer as well as the great selection of goods. All the shelves were fully stocked and I will be sure to return soon.

I mean, what can I say?? This is Costco. They have their ish together and know what they are doing, hence the crowds.
I have this warehouse mapped out in my head and know where to navigate to pick up necessary items. However, sometimes I deviate from the plan and and up picking up stuff I don't need. As is the case with most warehouses, this one carries items seasonally or they rotate their products every once in a while. I have a love/hate relationship with Costco because of that.
The self-checkout counters are my go-to. I find it easier to just scan my own items, unless I have heavy items, then I have to wait for someone to come over with a scanner. Once checkout is completed, it's back to the madness of navigating past the crowd at the checkouts, food courts and the exit line.
Customer service is hit or miss. They are just so busy that sometimes the staff are friendly, other times, they are just there to do their job, which works. There is plenty of parking, but it is slightly congested to get in and out. One entrance/exit is near the gas station entrance, which can be too much to deal with; the other exit/entrance is "one way" only, no left or right turn.
I love Costco but think 5 stars would be too high, but don't think it's worthy of less than 4.

Costco is well known for It’s quality and reasonable prices. This branch is well organised, fully stacked, good staff, neatly decorated, always has good amount of people( busy). Rest rooms are neat & clean, has toilet seat cover sheets, hand dryers…?????
