I love the store but being handicapped,I can never get an open handicapped parking spot! Tonight I went to the store and observed 5 cars without hangtags or handicapped plates on their vehicles. I observed 4 different non-handicapped cars parking and the drivers virtually sprinting into the store! Why don't the manager enforce the law prohibiting non- handicapped people from taking up the SS pots for genuinely challenged people????It's enough to make cancel my membership!

Cut to the chase. I order products online. Upon opening them they were broken, I called customer service online. They told me I had to return the items to receive the refund. I said it was sent to a family member who doesn't drive. They told me to find someone in that area(I live two hours away) to take it back to Costco to receive a refund. Not even a replacement. I told them that wasn't an option. They asked me to email the photos and I did as requested by Jake Bergeron (A supervisor). He informed me that he "only saw a couple of dishes broken". I replied "so you are asking me to risk her cutting her hands digging into the box just to show you that they are all broke?" He replied well then there are two options, you can return them to a ups store or a Costco store. No other options. Let me just tell you I will never be recommending online Costco to anyone ever again and will tell people to strictly avoid them. Let alone they wanted person to dig through a box of broken dishes just to prove they are broken to get a refund of $40. CORPORATE COSTCO IM COMPLETELY SURE YOU CAN AFFORD TO REFUND $40 FOR BROKEN DISHES THAT WERE YOUR WARE HOUSES FAULT. Thank you for wasting and hour of my time on the phone and taking people's money who can't return the items in person.

Beware of there insurance company they provide to members American Connect uses a sub standard inspection company to evaluate the home. Bought my house on 10/6 the inspector came the next day I didn’t even have a chance to do any yard work or clean up outside then I get canceled along wit loose lattice u set a porch sub par companies I filed complaints with BBB now with the insurance inspector office in Pennsylvania

Today August 12, my son just hit the corner of his eye with a palate jack handle. A vein broke and the area started swelling and getting bruised. I went to the office to request an ice pack. There was one guy typing at the computer, I explained what happened, he stood up, open a couple of drawers and told me they didn’t have it. Another person name tag: Mathew from Recovery was very nice, I explained what happened, he looked in the office and he didn’t find any ice packs, so he came with me to the ice machine got a bag filled it with ice and made sure we were ok.Thank you to Mathew for caring. I didn’t get the name of the other guy but shame on you. My son is 7 and his eye is swollen, and it’s probably going to get bruised.8/12/23 accident happened at the Chantilly Costco, VA around 3:50 pm

Tuesday I was informed by one of the cashiers at Costco that beginning next week Union Costco will no longer offer senior (and first responders) hour which were Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. til 10 a.m.The plexiglass partitions around the cashiers and people checking receipts at the exit were also removed.This concerns me. Covid is still with us. The numbers are decreasing in some places but increasing in others. It's fine to say the number of deaths are lower but those NUMBERS are people. What if that number was your friend, family or co-worker?I am fully vaccinated and boosted, however, that does not mean I can't get Covid. I am not being paranoid just cautious. We need to live with this. The more interaction with people the more risk there is.I have written to Costco to state my concern. After speaking with the warehouse manager, he indicated it was a corporate decision.If they can just do senior hour 1 day a week that would help.

Staff was very disrespectful at entrance, shameful..I understand security procedures and policies, however there is never a need to be disrespectful to paying customers. This young lady made an effort to piss me off however failed and only showed how ignorant she was Lucky for her.. I spoke to manager on phone shortly after and the manager was dsimisive of the situation.. apples dont fall far from the tree I gues .. fb and social will hear from on this. Do not go there Staff is untrained

I had a large screw nail in the tire & I went to a place who said they would fix it for 25 to 40 dollar for a patch & a long wait. I drove to Costo, they gave me the BEST SERVICE EVER in no time flat. The Tire technicians were excellent

Mask Nazis would not let me in the store, rude manager At the Spotsylvania location. I did wait for them to cancel my membership and refund me $120.00 membership. The people have to wake up to the BS that is going on in this country

BAD SERVICE!! Milk leaked on my car[pet causing my car to smell awful! insurance company contacts me and says that the milk company will be contacting me regarding this issue. they call and tell me to get estimates I call around and no one will guarantee that the smell will go away they recommend replacing carpet. NOW THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAS TAKEN SINCE MAY 5 2018 TO CALL OR RETURN EMAIL. I CALL THE STORE AND THEY FINALLY CALL ME BACK SEVERAL HOURS LATER STATING THAT IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY BUT THEY Will GIVE THE COMPANY A CALL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! THEN THE MILK MANUFACTURER SENDS ME AN EMAIL STATING THAT THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF THEIR MILK CAPS AND COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG! I GUESS THAT WOULD BE ANSWER IF I HAD COMPLAINED THAT THE MILK CAP WAS LEAKING. THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO PAY THE MONEY IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX IT.. WHY AM I TALKING TO THE MANUFACTURER ANYWAY? THE INSURANCE COMPANY SHOULD BE HANDLING THIS! I AM SURE THEIR COMPETITORS WILL BE HAPPY TO HAVE ME.
