“We were VERY blessed that once again using this NFCU branch found us to be treated excellent. On our most recent visit (11/27/2024), we needed to have some documents notarized (which is a free service for members). Teresa took great care of us and had us back on our way in no time at all. Getting something notarized and hoping for a decent charge for notary services is never a fun process but Teresa made it fun and yes.... FREE for members. We had originally went to a UPS store and it would have been $10 for each EACH signature. We had seven pages which would have been $70, Back to NFCU... I knew Teresa from another branch and she was always pleasant and professional just like she was when we visited on 11/27/2024. This is a GREAT branch with great people.”

“This Navy Federal sits in a shopping center along with Outback and Target. Parking is on the side of the building and the entrance faces the street. There is an ATM outside that I normally use but the last time I need to deposit a lot of cash and coins so I went inside. The teller was pleasant and friendly and took care of my deposit. He also renewed my CD that was due to "expire" soon. The only reason this isn't my normal Navy Federal is because they don't have a drive thru and I'm lazy. Lol”
