I have been a customer since 2018. Since Self Storage Plus took over the management has been great. Chris (the manager) is always friendly and helpful. It’s a very Clean facility. There are always carts and parking available. I highly recommend this storage location.

Nice new clean place but...Price goes up every 3-6 months? Started 195$ to $235? Too expensive. Only reason closed to our home.We found diff location for way cheaper

It is a storage facility - there really is not too much to say. It seems very secure, clean, and well located.What makes this place worth rating is the general manager, Chris. He is extremely helpful, diligent, and organized. He has a lot of knowledge and competencies that extend beyond the storage industry.It is my hope that upper management understands the value Chris brings to the table as this company expands into the NOVA area.

Overall my experience was ok for storage purposes but an experience while vacating today left a bad taste.My fiance was trying to get to the third floor in the back elevator. It accepted the code but the 3rd floor button wouldn't work. He called using the help phone in the elevator. Someone answered and he told them the problem and then they hung up on him.I told him to walk to the front where the office was as well as another elevator. He got up there at 4:40 p.m. The employee was locking the door as he approached and then quickly got in her car and left!!! The office is supposed to be open until 5. What if he'd been STUCK in the elevator when he made that help call??!? And they hung up on him and just left?? Before the office was officially closed?? Not cool at all.The front elevator had the same issue but he basically got it to work by holding the 3rd floor button down the entire ride up.So sketch elevators and sketch employees.

Expect the price to increase after a few months but that’s the status quo when it comes to storage units. After renting for over a year we’re still there and happy with the service.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Aiden didn’t explain the breakdown or the monthly rent of the storageWe called to make sure that we’re getting a unit on the first floor for handicapped accessBefore booking online, I asked him to check the unit before book itWhen we got there he took our credit card information and made an account with a different monthly payment that we agreed over the phone! He charged us $49 more without telling us the breakdownWhen we were about to leave we asked how much after the one month freeThen He told us the right priceHe said because the first floor is more expensiveThis is a scamVery bad customer service representative

Self storage plus, if I could give 0 stars this would definitely deserve it. They false advertise and perform bait and switch practices. Had signed up for a 10 x 5 unit that was listed as $51 online promo, signed up and put in all my information to create account and provided my credit card information to facilitate the rental. Everything went through and received my confirmation email where they then switched my 10 x 5 unit to a 5 x 10 and when clicking on the document link they sent, it now states a $74 rental price. Went to the location and the assistant manager tries to convince me that that’s how it is as if I am in the wrong. Showed him the picture showing my unit as 10 x 5 for $51 and couldn’t say anything other then he can’t assist that only customer service could. Wait for him to get number from GM and 13 mins later GM finally responds back and tells him they no longer have a customer service number. So on top of all this they waste my time and tell me there is a possibility that I lose out on my $38 admin fee and insurance they charged to my credit card. So much for following through with their business practice of providing best problem solving to customer.

I was in need of a short term storage during the process of moving out of state. The facility is clean and secure; and the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! If you're looking for a local storage, this is the place to go!

Does anyone answer the phones there at the office. There has been plenty of times i have called and even sat in the parking lot and called watching people not pick up the phone when it rings. I loved it when it was Cubesmart. Like people said before the price went from 200 to 313 for a 10x15 unit within a year period. Just crazy how this happens.
