Over priced and wait forever for prescriptions. Example one recent prescription with Part D coverage was $18.46. I called Safeway pharmacy and the same prescription was $5.86. Guess what I had Safeway transfer the prescription to their pharmacy. Almost 3 1/2 times more expensive. If a have a prescription at CVS call Safeway you might save some money.

The pharmacist at the Sterling store is the most caring and patient person I’ve ever dealt with at CVS. She is definitely an asset to the company.

terrible at filling prescriptions, very rude, the only good thing is they are open till 10. Don't expect them to remember to fill your prescription, i have to call about 3-4 times to remind them.

They are not helpful in the pharmacy. The store itself is often not well stocked and missing everyday items. The back door is locked at random times during normal business hours--sometimes with a sign to go to the front, sometimes not. Mind you, the back entrance is the handicap entrance...so not good. I called once when the door was locked and the manager told me to come to the front with no explanation and was rude. I went to Walgreens instead.

Cashier Waheeda should not be working with the public. Very rude. Screaming at customers. Hopefully manager will address her. She seems racist.

Thank god we finally found a CVS Pharmacy that gets our prescriptions right. Joe, the pharmacist, is amazing! Literally. I've been trying to get a refill processed for over 2 months at my usual CVS and they kept saying I don't have a refill. My husband had such a good experience with Joe that he called him to ask if he could check if I had the refill. Within less than 3 minutes we were on our way to pick it up. Wow.
