First appointment in the minute clinic. The doctor came in ten minutes late, on her phone. Then proceeded to hole up in her office and talk on her phone for another 10 minutes. Delaying my appointment and pushing me against the clock for another appointment I had across the street.

My prescription drugs are missing.
And the CVS changed it to 90 days prescription so instead of missing 30 days of drugs, I missed 90 days of drugs.
And they do not pick up the phone.
And they have no idea what to do next.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Now you can't even call the pharmacist, they make you leave a voicemail and they call you back whenever they feel like it. I run into some asinine issue with them every time I need a refill. Forced to use CVS by my insurance and this is the nearest location, never had any issues with Walgreens.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy experience! Women are rude (Ley specifically) and don't understand customer service!! Made me wait 40 minutes for a prescription they gave us ONE reminder about and decided to restock. BETTER cvs's have given us daily reminders but these ladies shouldn't be doing this job apparently. Get better help and maybe your store won't be the worst ever! Just simply do better??

I’ve generally been satisfied with CVS Pharmacy because they usually deliver what you ask for, but there are times when I wish they would go above and beyond. Recently, I needed a glucose monitor, and since my doctor didn’t specify a brand, I expected CVS to offer me a choice of options. Instead, they gave me a monitor that is no longer being manufactured. When I called to inquire about a return or exchange, I was told I couldn’t return any items, and if I wanted an upgraded version, I’d have to pay my full copay again.
This experience has made me realize that I can’t always rely on CVS’s expertise to provide the best care. Overall, it just feels like a lack of customer service and concern.
To rectify this, I would appreciate it if CVS could either offer a return or exchange for the outdated product or allow me to switch to the upgraded model without having to pay an additional copay. This would go a long way in restoring my confidence in their service and demonstrate a true commitment to customer satisfaction.

DO NOT recommend! I arrived here 9:10 pm this evening to pick up some hair products I needed tonight since I was coloring my hair and ran out of dye. When I checked out, 2/3 items rang up more (1$+) in store than what was listed online for this specific CVS location. I was the only one in the store & asked the cashier, a young dark hair boy, to assist with the price change. He tells me he doesn’t know why it’s a different price & rudely asks why I don’t order online to get the price. I tell him because it’s now 9:20 at night and cvs closed at 10, plus the products are needed now… He then tells me to just pay since it’s only [x.xx] more. No. Just no. I don’t care if it’s 50 cents or 50 dollars more, if the website for that locations shows it for a certain price that is what the customer is paying. He tells me he can’t change it so I ask for someone who can. He looks for the manager who is no where in sight. Finally the manager comes and I explain to him the difference. He ultimately changed the price but he very rudely says the don’t price match because it’s a different location. He kept saying it was a “different location” but the location online clearly states 110 Edds Lane. I even verified with him if that is the address and he said yes but gave me this made up answer. I will not be back. The 1 single star is for the absolute basic ringing up the right price. Very rude from both of them! Shame on the older manager that is clearly setting a poor example for the young cashier.

If looking for a pharmacy near your home, keep driving. I’ve never had a good experience now and will transfer.

I've never had a problem with the pharmacy itself, but I am switching my prescription to a different cvs because there are constantly solicitors standing outside of the doors.

Looks at the feedbacks of the reviewer, they are either four star and above or one. So this looks like depending who is the person serving you. I went for health reason on Sunday afternoon, I came at the appropriate time, and immediately called in. The Nurse Practitioner Ms. S. Lee is very nice, prescribe a prescription and I got my medication from the pharmacy that she sent my prescription.

I shop at the CVS on Edd's Lane quite often and the last few visits to the store I was shocked to see at the checkout (eye level) a collection of SEX TOYS for sale! The descriptions of the items were written boldly on the box so there was no question what the item is..examples are the BUZZY BUTT PLUG, "male" EXTENDER. Why is this at the checkout on display? The store is in a family community and I don't think any parent wants to explain to their kids what the "toys" for sale were used for. I talked to the Manager twice (two different ones) and they said nothing. Why????
