I recently brought my 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan to D&V Autobody Inc. in Sterling, VA, after a hit-and-run accident involving an ice cream truck. The damage required extensive work on two panels, the tire, the driver's mirror, and the front bumper. From the beginning, the repair team at D&V was professional, informative, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was restored to perfect condition.
Their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. At one point, there was an issue locating the tire lock key, and when I called the dealership, they initially insisted there weren’t tire locks on my vehicle. However, D&V Autobody quickly provided photographic evidence, which I sent to the dealership, prompting them to locate the key and deliver it to D&V. This saved me significant time and frustration.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the level of care D&V Autobody showed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing skilled and customer-focused auto repair!

How can I leave 10 stars? I was HIGHLY impressed by D&V auto body. I had cosmetic damage to my 2023 Yukon XL. My brother referred me to Kevin at D&V autonomy and Kevin took care of me and my car immediately. He explained how the claims division worked and how his team will handle everything after my insurance kicked in (which was also very quick). My accident happened on Wednesday and they took my car that following Monday even though they had a large waitlist (understandably). I was then handed off to German and Angelyanne who gave me updates of my car every other day and photos. It was as if my car was at daycare. I was so impressed by the over communication and each step of the process my car was in. They even beat their estimated time of repair! My car looked brand new. I was so happy with their work and their business model. Thank you Kevin and Team. I hope to never see you under specific circumstances but if I do, you have inherited a customer for life.

Jonathan gets 5 stars for his help with my classic. Unlike most here I did not have accident damage but rather a small rust spot starting on a 32 year old classic. Due to the nature of the car I was quite picky about how it was repaired. Jonathan took the time to understand what I wanted and the team at D&V hit the repair out of the park. I don't think even a trained eye would be able to notice it was repaired.

D&V did a great job with my repair, and initially did a great job keeping me updated while coordinating with the insurance company. Repair was only to the body, but took over a month. They are busy and couldn't take my car for about a week and a half after calling.
Repair was done right and the paint job was adequate. Several emails a week kept me updated on everything.
After the repair, there was a scuff I hadn't noticed before. This was not D&V's fault, and they were thorough enough to document it. They provided photos after I asked if they had noticed it. I asked how much it would be to take care of those and did not get a response. That's the only reason I'm docking a star. Overall, I would recommend them if you don't mind being patient during repair.

Mario and his team at D&V Auto Body went above and beyond for me and my family! They had my daughter's car back to me in under a week! Mario emailed me almost daily as the car was repaired and it was like new and spotless when delivered. Would definitely highly recommend.

I am giving this place 10/5. They send you link for online tracking of your car being fixed. They email you if they need something and don't sit around waiting for you to ask. They go above and beyond to advise the situation of your car. If you email them then they provide a very detailed update. I know they get tons of calls so be patient until one of them answers to help you. The fact that they get a lot of calls mean they are helping out numerous customers. They advocate for you against your insurance companies measly quote. They want to make sure your car is fixed as it was before , not like as if it got repaired after an accident. After they finish, they clean your car better than you brought it in lol. Even post repairs, a minor issue that I thought was with my foglight and side marker light, they were able to diagnose and fix quickly. Get your car fixed by people you trust.

I am very satisfied with the repair to my minivan done by D&V Auto Body!
This is the third time I've brought one of my cars to be repaired at D&V Auto Body and I will continue to return for any future needs! The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The attention to detail was amazing! My wife and I especially appreciated the complete inside and out detail done on our minivan! It looks brand new again! Most of all the minivan was completed well before the original promise date! Karla at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly! Angelyanne was just awesome throughout the entire process! She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and showed outstanding customer service! She went to bat for me with the insurance company and got my minivan the repairs it needed. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process and was always responsive to my calls and emails. Everyone asks where I got my minivan fixed because it looks so good and I proudly tell them it was another fantastic job done by D&V Auto Body!!!

Angelyanne is a rock star! I cannot thank D&V enough for giving her my claim. First, she knows a lot about KIA vehicles, which I did not expect. Second, she kept me updated throughout the process using my preferred communication channel. I appreciated the frequent updates and pictures. Third, she is thorough and doesn't settle... strives for perfection. I appreciate her extra effort to make sure the color matched. FINALLY, she is just amazing. I am more than satisfied with my experience at this location.
Angelyanne is a role model for how all repairs should be handled from inception to closure. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

I've had a wonderful history with D & V - specifically with an employee (Service Advisor) who no longer works there. Since he left, I was not treated the same at all. I stopped going after last visit a year ago. I will never go back.
