Terrible customer service at this location every time. Most recently dealt with Nette & her supervisor Raj who were standoffish and extremely unhelpful. Won’t be shopping here again.

Terrible customer service. Ran into a store employee today who was not helpful at all in finding what I was looking for. He also left abruptly in the middle of our encounter without finding any resolution. He left the poorly trained girl at the counter wondering what to do about the situation. I had to leave without getting what I wanted because of the lack of service. Unprofessional and untrained. Hope this place turns into something better as it's usually empty. And has anyone noticed how no one is responding from the company to any of the negative reviews on Google? That shows you how much they care.

It's a nice store in terms of how shoes are displayed. They always seem to have the latest shoes and sports wear in the market. I went in here to try the asics nimbus 27 and compare it with the HOKa Clifton. But after going in I realized the Dules landing store does NOT have Hokas. The town center store has it. Never the less please try the asics Nimbus 27 if u want to feel like your walking on a cloud. In my personal opinion the Hoka's do not compare.
The staff are young folk who were all really friendly and helpful.

I've been to this store a few times.
This time, I specifically came for a tumbler, for daily water intake. The choices were insane! Stanley galore everywhere..I mean, geeeez, an entire wall plus additional shelves. Then there were the new trending brands as well as the OGs such as Yeti. I definitely skipped all of these trending brands and went for one that actually looked nice and served the purpose.
They do maintain the organization of the items pretty well, so kudos to that.
The staff on the floor were nice in guiding me to the sections with the tumblers.
I want to give more stars, but the checkout line was soooo slow. One customer decided she wanted to go back to the floor and grab another item. Instead of letting me go ahead or taking me on another register or calling another employee, the employee just had me stand there waiting....I literally had one item.
There is plenty of parking available in front of the store.

The tennis racket stringing here is a useless service. I left my racket for stringing and they said it would be picked up that day and I can get it after a week next Saturday. I called during the week and they said it will be ready on Saturday. Next Saturday at around 5 I go to pick up they say it was not picked up last Saturday and on this Saturday also. So after a week of delay there was no guarantees of getting it strung so they refunded me. If they don't have a proper stringing service why offer it and waste everybody's time.

I checked online for figure skates and their was 1 left in stock. We drove around 20 minutes to get their. We ask a sales person were their figure skates are. They say "We don't have any in store, you have to do online order only." We got really frustrated and told them that it says their is in store pickup. Apparently the website is not correct. UNHAPPY & UNPLEASED.

I bought a bike for my son 2 days ago, the bike was very heavy weight for my son to ride. I decided to return it and my son only ride the bike once. The person who works there his name is Raj, he was very unprofessional and rude. He said 24 hours return policy. I never buy anything from this store.they are not helpful at all.

Awful (non existent customer service). Waited 20 mins for someone to show up to men's shoes even tho there were several team members around but because "they do not work at that department" (first time hearing this at any store )they could not help me. First and last time going to this store. A piece of advice to anyone thinking about going to this store : do NOT waste your time.

I purchased some display shoes for my daughter, but when she tried them at home, they didn't fit. When I tried to exchange them for a different size, they refused, claiming they were worn, even though they were not. These incompetent people sold me display shoes with signs of wear that were only from the store. Idiots, manager is another useless person.i don't recommend this store.

Went to this location 2/20/24 on a cii/classroom trip. The store was clean and wheelchair friendly. Staff was friendly. Specially, Ismall. He checked out each student that purchased something and even gave them gummies to take home. Def recommended this location.

Horrible customer experience and bad attitude against customers. I was planning on buying lots of things but just dropped the shopping cart and left. I just walked away like other shoppers. The guy who works at the men’s athletic training section with an ugly piercings is probably the worst unfriendly person I’ve seen working in a store. This store is empty for a reason.

Had a horrinle experience here. Cashier did not know what he was doing. Several shoppers walked away. And he tried to charge me regular price when there was a sign that said 25% off

The store is nice and clean and some of the staff was nice Howe er they don't honor the sales they have posted in the storeProbably why there was only a couple cars in the parking lot
