Bubbles at Dulles 28 is a great salon. I have been going there once a month for 10 years. THAER is clearly the best stylist I have ever had. He is professional, personable and always gives great advice.

The atmosphere is not very attractive. Just shops and that is all. The only good thing is the Moby Dick restaurant in this place.

Milk and honey is the highlight of this shopping center if you ask me. Fed ex peoples are not helpful at all. Petco is basic along w Arby’s and chick filet. Wegmans not like any other, worst. I hate it. Leesburg is way better. Target is generic, the rest you better go and find out?

Great upscale mall. While there are empty spots indicative of malls today, it has a lot to offer to include a great food court.
