I went for the purchase of 6 3 wire for 40 ft. Though price is comparitivly cheaper, The staff was kind of rude and little harsh. I got the coupon from the online (same store) asked about it. He behaved very harsh. He is not my boss. His name is Tim Haley. Sorry about this business. Coupon never says it is applicable only to light store. I am not arguing. I was just politely asking. He suddenly asked me. Are you paying or not ?. Never seen anyone like him in last 30 years. I am above 60 years old. He must have little respect to my age. Basically very poor service

Worst service - rude - using vulgarities -with young children present. Will never ever allow them to enter my place of business or enter theirs again.

Besides the great selection of lighting products, the staff and sales people couldn't be more helpful. The owner made himself available to solve a tricky installing problem for us too!

Allison helped us find exactly what we wanted in the past. We returned today because she is so helpful. It's a drive for us but the showroom is large and the staff are professional and will get you everything you need for your lighting.

Visited this morning ready to buy light fixtures for my contractor to install. Picked them out and could not get any service. The entire staff was engrossed in their phones save for the receptionist who was reading a newspaper. I was pointedly ignored by every employee in the store. I went to the reception desk to see if I could get help and she wouldn’t even look up. Took my business elsewhere. My son was interested in the section with Milwaukee tools but said he’ll buy those elsewhere after experiencing the complete lack of service. So freely wander through the huge showroom. Just realized that you won’t be able to actually purchase anything.
