Very good food but very bad service. The ladies in the kitchen have no experience in customer service, it's like they're working hard and they get upset when you ask them questions about the menu.

I went to this trashy place and they acted like if I was gonna for charity.I wouldn’t recommend to anyone this mediocre place.If you’re in need of something I’d better recommend you to go to a 7-eleven or anywhere else, but this place filled with rude staff!

pretty tight place to eat in, not a lot of tables but this place has the best carne asada platter I have ever tried in a restaurant. very generous portions and always hot and delicious steak flanks, if you are in the Sterling area is well worth it to order ahead and take it to go if there are no seats.a annoying thing about it is the homeless begging outside or people soliciting stuff on the parking lot but for that carne asada I don't care ?

I just called and tried to order something to eat and a very bitter woman answered me, saying that they no longer took orders over the phone and I asked her if I could get there and she said no this day we close early but then if they answer the phone they are not closed yet ? Or they don't want to sell, it seemed very bad attitude to answer the phone that way and if they close the kitchen early they should specify it in the restaurant's hours to the employees. You earn your money if the store sells, take care of your employers' business, you should pay them a Customer service class for your employees would be a good option for them to learn.

Muy mal servicio al cliente, me hicieron esperar más de 10 minutos para poder cobrarme, la persona encargada me vió y aún le pregunté y no me respondió nada. Muy mal educada, sino quieren trabajar o atender a la gente deberían buscar otro tipo de trabajo.

I ordered the steak and beef soup from the dining area, but they didn’t accept Apple Pay so I went to pay on the others side and I’m not someone who checks my receipts. But since there was one new lady there I did, and she charge me one extra drink and I let the other women that I see every time that I go there known, but she took it so negatively. Saying that it wasn’t her mistake, because the receipt that I gave them said I had 2 type of food and one drink, and I took 3 drinks so that she could charge me for them, but she was being rude about it, she gave me a bad look, and the tone just wasn’t right. I was understandable that the other lady is new, but I just didn’t know why I was getting that treatment, like if I did something wrong. I was shaking and I did asked for her manager but I didn’t say anything to him besides asking when the owner is there, becase the manager there is her husband. I’m writing this because I don’t want anyone else to feel the way that I felt. They should have more empathy, because I swear I wasn’t even being mad about the whole situation I was just scared in a way because I don’t like confrontation.
