I was mislead by the employees at this Enterprise branch that the additional insurance would only be added to my policy for three days. I had a specific conversation with the rental employee where I stated that I needed to check with my insurance company if I had coverage and then I most likely would not need the product. They agreed to add the product, and stated that it would be added for three days. At minimum, they should have noted the account and called back to see what the story was after three days but instead, the insurance remained on my contract after this period and charged me an additional $800 for a product I didn't need. They broker cars for Nationwide all the time so they should have known in advance and provided guidance accordingly. I feel like I was slammed with this product and completely taken advantage of. Please check with your Car Insurance to see if the coverage extends to rental cars before you pick up your car. Know that no matter what they tell you, if you do elect to get the Insurance and discover you no longer need it, you will have to physically go back into the location and sign another contract to remove it. I'm really disappointed in Enterprise and this location in particular. When I called to explain, they said the conversation never happened and there was no way they would have said that. I follow the rules so if they said I would need to come back in to remove the Insurance riders, I absolutely would have planned for it. Instead, they basically told me I was fabricating the conversation. I was there, the conversation was not fabricated. If you've read this far, please help me hold Enterprise accountable by choosing one of their competitors for your next rental. I've had great experiences with National and Hertz. Perhaps try them.

Recently had to get a rental while my auto was being repaired.Used Enterprises as it was near. They did not give me an equivalent but the outback wasn’t bad just big and I had to keep calling for instructions.Returning is a bit tricky unless you want to leave it at the auto repair. You suddenly come across all the rental companies. Quick check-in and out. Only issue is I used my transponder and I hope it picked up all my toll charges and I don’t get a big bill. The Manager who checked me out was efficient.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had renting a vehicle. From the phone call to the rental they gave first class service. I came here to get a rental while my car was getting service that an auto body shop. I told him what kind of car I drive which is an Infiniti and they gave me another Infiniti similar.The manager William and the service people were very kind, even though the pickup guy was a bit confrontational.I can't let him drop my rating. William and the rental staff definitely made up for that. Thanks to all who helped me, blessings.

My experience with interprise was not very good because when I went to deliver the car 2 weeks ago and the person who helped me told me that in a few minutes they were going to send me the deposit that one leaves when they rent the car and until today They never sent it to me or let me know why they didn't..

The staffs are nice and welcoming when you work in to rent a car but not when you return it because if you don't pay attention the day you work in to rent that car they will slap you with a $500 insurance fee you didn't agree on. Believe me; to get that money back is a whole level of back and forth calls you have to make because they will never call you back even when they promise you they will do so. Ooh, after you finally succeeded for your refund, they will tell you you will get your money back in 5 business days or more to add to your emotional injury.

Brigette deserves a promotion! She was great in meeting all my needs, helped me with a free upgrade to a Jeep. She has great customer service skills and is really a warm people person. Enterprise and this specific branch is lucky to have her! The whole team does a great job of getting you in and out in a very timely fashion. No complaints here. I might have to keep wrecking my car to comeBack and see Brigette!

I always have a great experience with this particular location they are kind and very helpful and accommodating the branch Manger William I believe even called to check on how my trip went and he showed his gratitude for me cleaning out th vehicle before turning it in A1 service is what you will receive at this location.
