I have been a loyal customer for over 20years, back then it was called Blimpie. Never had an issue, and the food is good. This morning I get there to order a sub, there are two people in front of me, a couple with a non-service dog. They were constantly talking Spanish to the girl behind the counter, mostly trying to figure out what they wanted. It took them 10min to just order 2x 6 inch sandwiches and then another 5 minutes for the girl to fix it. I waited, patiencely, the food is that good. Then, when they were done, they started to place another order!! At that point, good customer service would have acknowledged me and then asked for help!! I had to walk out and go to a local Subway. I will give them another chance but seems customer service may have quit there.

I was already spending money getting my car washed, and because your machine doesn't take twenties, I needed change only to be told I needed to spend more money to break the bill or wait for someone else to use cash.
Super inconvenient, super unprofessional

Nice and friendly gas station. Has locally baked goods, American and Latino. Sandwich shop located inside.

Don’t make a customer wait to pay because you decide to reset the machine. Waiting in line is one thing waiting to pay for over 3 minutes is another. I ended up walking out and not getting anything. Lots of gas stations to choose from.

Great place. Friendly employees.Really dislike rude customers who expect their coffee free every day. They are nice and give away 12oz coffee ALL DAY Monday. So plan accordingly.

As far as cleanliness is concerned, it lags far behind the competition. But on the other hand, they have a pump almost everywhere.
