They scam you with the car wash and then they refused to give a refund. They charge multiple times. Also, the car wash is not good at all and my car is extremely dirty afterwards. They don’t clean the wipers that are supposed to “ clean” the car, so my car was left dirtier than when I went in, and I was charged $30 for one car wash
Customer Service was awful and he was very rude when I asked for a refund of one of the $15 charges.

Worst carwash ever, and the discount on gas is just a cover for the overcharging of such a poor car wash.
Stopped going here years ago but recently returned since they upgraded their carwash. Always a mediocre experience but for the price gets the job done.
Had car wash tonight and didn't have soap on half the car and my objective for coming to clean the windshield of bugs was a huge waste of time and money, car is still dirty all over.
Nobody really cares here from my previous experiences which led to finally making this post so others don't waste their time with a poor experience. This was the final frustrating experience among several, not going to write a book here.
One would ask why I didn't get a refund. The previous time I had a challenging experience when my code didn't work and I had to get out of my truck and run into the store to get a new one was a hassle and just simply done.

I attest that everything is true and factual from my best of knowledge and experience. Very much bad and unprofessional customer service. Pressurized (repeatedly ask) customers to play slot machines; even though, they don't want to. I came with friend to play slots; I was with him, the cashier with glasses kept signaling me to leave and harassed me that he will call police if I don't leave and scared me that I have trespassed; even though, I was right in the store made a purchase; I didn't do anything, just watched my friends play. I have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars wasting money on slots here and now getting harassed and falsely blamed for trespass. What the hell? There inside store were only 2 customers typical slow day, one customer on slot machine (I was with) and other came to buy lottery and both of them noticed the argument and blame the cashier for his mistake, but cashier was very adamant and stubborn and kept telling me to leave and falsely accused me of trespassing. It is clearly evident from the store cameras that day. Very few choices of food, drinks, beers, and other products as well. You guys rather go somewhere else. I was discriminated and treated unfairly despite my mental disability. Over here at the gas station and at home, I was really emotionally and mentally hurt, and I started having intrusive thoughts and felt like traumatic experience had taken place. I will and let my family and friends know to never ever visit this place again. I rather support Sheetz and Wawa next to it. I can post this true review on Yelp and other sites, but I will not. I will from now never ever waste my energy and time to write another review, as it is my waste of time and also never ever like to come to this location.

Very good and professional manager ! I like how they treat every customer equally. I enjoy playing Slot machines sometimes and lottery . They have best car wash in the area !

Unprofessional customer service. Treat customers unfairly with bad attitude telling them to leave the store in very egoistic way. Very bad choice of drinks, snacks, and space is very congested- barely walkable space.
