State inspection and oil change. Called and spoke to Hallie. She answered all questions and handled our request for the state inspection and oil change of our 2007 BMW 328i exceptionally well! We dropped the vehicle off, oil change was completed the following morning and she told me that we are just about finish with the state inspection but need to replace a turn signal or parking light bulb to pass the state inspection and resolve the check engine light if we wanted an emissions test. Since our vehicle is registered in North Carolina, we opted to resolve the check engine light later.
Hallie last day was Friday Oct 3, if I remember correctly. She told me that Millie or Mikey can help us if when we return for future work. Thank you Hallie!
5 years ago, my review was as follows: State inspection. My wife called and requested state inspection, she said what time she would be there, they said they could complete her job within 30 minutes and they did.

We've been taking our cars to Fallon for over ten years. It's the best feeling to have a local mechanic we can trust. Anything they recommend to be done I trust is necessary for the car and the price is always fair. I always recommend Fallon and Holly is the best!

Excellent mechanics, the folks in the office (especially Hallie) are awesome. The owner Mike runs a tight ship. I have 40+ years in fleet maintenance and run a 60 vehicle fleet. We bring our vehicles here. This outfit is #1. Honest, trustworthy and give you realistic estimating. Try them out.

I visited Fallon Automotive last year and their service left an impression on me. The service they provided was absolutely amazing, efficient and respectful of my time! I was so impressed, I couldn’t remember the name of the company that rendered such good service and quality work, I drove around trying to find the location, after about 40 minutes I gave up on driving to locate them, so I went through my payment statements and found them! I will be a customer for as long as I live in this area!

Recently went to this auto shop after the shop that I had been going to (Drakes Auto) closed down. I went in for an AC issue. They said they could not find anything wrong at first and filled my car up with Freon & dye. Brought it back a week later for them to check it and they said everything looked good. A week later, no cold air. Brought it back and this time they said they found a leak in one of the valves. They replaced the valve and replaced with Freon and dye. Charged me again for the Freon refill. Two weeks later, the problem is back. I am hesitant to return because I feel like I'm being nickel and dimed with Freon refill charges and no solution to the root cause, but since I have been going to them for this issue, I will go back one more time. The front desk receptionist seems to be on top of things and I can tell she cares, but I'm not sure if they are the best equipped place to resolve AC issues. However, they are very good about accommodating to my schedule, which I appreciate. I guess I'm still on the fence about this place.

I had a great experience getting safety and emissions inspections here. They didn't try to sell me anything and the dynamic between shop staff and customers is great. I'm definitely coming back.
