Not one person in there knows what the heck they are doing. I wasted two hours in there trying to ship fedex and the old man and manager both had no idea how to do it

This is not a true FedEx ship site, it's an office depot. Google sent me here and someone put a picture of an actual FedEx store, so I went here not verifying. Don't waste your time. Office depot refused to help me with a FedEx QR code

Map showed incorrect location; and also that it is open until 9PM. But this site is inside Office Depot, and it closed at 8 PM

People have plans and expect to receive their package on a certain day but unfortunately FedEx just sent a message that delivered got delayed for next day or another date. There is no way we can get in touch with customer service to arrange a local FedEx store for pick up as well.
