Great experience every time I visit!
The staff at this GameStop are super friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff and always take the time to answer my questions. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a solid selection of games, accessories, and collectibles. Whether I’m trading in or picking up something new, it’s always a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Lost a couple cards at this gamestop and was told they were lost. Do not grade your cards here they will be lost.

The employees at this location are good. Unfortunately, this store shares the same manager as Dulles Town Center, who tends to be utterly dismissive when there are any issues. This store recently lost ~$2,000 worth of cards sent to be graded at PSA, never contacted me about it, when I went in I was told that the distract manager would contact me, and now two weeks after that the manager has decided that it would take up to a month to find out what would be done (I sent the cards 4 months ago as of writing this). Once again, great employees at this location, always helpful. The problem very clearly is management.

Decent GameStop. Usual merchandise. Helpful staff, friendly. Did NOT have the action figures I was out hunting. Probably will get back there eventually.

Would not suggest buying any of their “refurbished “ or “ pre owned” equipment or electronics. went to this store 2 times today to exchanged defective “preowned” ps4 controllers w/ issues. Not connecting, stick drift or not charging. I’m writing
This review instead of driving back
There a third time and going through this dreaded process. Customer service was fine but just overall product output on
That end is worse than poor. The last controller I received didn’t even look like it went through a cleaning stage.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We went before their sale started and the staff member informed us we can save more if we waited! Amazing inventory!

I recently bought a refurbished Xbox One from GameStop, and it was a huge disappointment. The console was very dirty and the controller wouldn’t hold a charge, and the haptic engine rattled very loudly. When I complained, the staff couldn’t’t care less and tried to sell me a new controller. Terrible customer service and a poor experience overall. I won't be shopping here again.

Showed up after they’re supposedly supposed to be open on a Friday 11am and they were closed. Buy somewhere else. Unacceptable.

Very quick and when they didn’t have the game I was there for, they were able to tell me which nearby location did.

Very hit or miss experience with this particular store.Usual good experiences are with the guy with the dark hair, around 5'7 or 5'8? Maybe a little shorter? (Sorry bro) I think he might be the manager? Always helpful never rude. One time I went in with my switch and asked if I could load up a game just for the save file. He completely understood and let me do it right in front of him. I haven't seen him the past couple of times I went. Would be a loss for the store if this guy left the company. The more recent trips have been pretty bad.1. Went in to ask about PS5s. Just generic questions (as I didn't know much about it). Then I asked if they had one in stock. They did. But I looked on Costco's website and saw they were doing a promo for a much better deal. When they asked me if I wanted to buy the PS5 there, I said I'll probably just get it at Costco. When I said that both of them looked at me like "how could you not buy from us". This experience not as bad, but not that great either.2. Went in to get a copy of TOTK. When I went to go pay I asked him if I could get the military discount as I showed him my veteran ID. He looked at the ID and told me that I couldn't get it cause I wasn't active duty. I told him no that's not correct and had to show him GameStop's policy on military discounts and how it applied to veterans as well. After I showed him, he was mumbling something about how I needed to have a specific ID. What got me was what he did after. He asked me if I wanted to renew my Pro membership. I told him no as I shop at GameStop only a few times a year. He then said "of course you don't" like he was annoyed that I didn't help him meet his quota or something. Just because you gave me the military discount doesn't mean I owe you anything. The discount isn't yours to give away anyway. Its company policy. Also the entire time I was talking to him, it was very hard to understand him. I think he had a speech impediment. Dark hair, wears glasses. Yeah I'm talking about you bro. If I see this guy when I go into the store again I'll probably just leave and come back another time.
