I used them for my garage floor and my basement utility floor and to change my garage doors. They did a fantastic job especially with the flooring. They spent 5-6 hours on the garage floor. Very thorough and meticulous. Highly recommend these guys if you’re thinking of making your garage cleaner and more livable.

We are happy with the results and everyone we dealt with was polite. We had a warranty issue from a previous installation by GDS years ago. That threw is into a different category of customer, I guess. I never had the feeling that any one person was managing our account, and I had to follow up repeatedly. The installers had to return twice to complete the work because of unclear communications from management.

Working with Garage Design Source was a great experience. A very responsive group from Mark to the admin staff. They helped out with options and multiple visits to ensure my questions were answered. They were prompt with scheduling and the crew who did the installation went beyond expectations, and assisted in mounting old hooks above the cabinets. One little blemish was addressed and fixed asap. Overall a great experience and highly recommend them to those who may want to upgrade their garage and add storage and improve the overall look.

Installed by Garage Design Source about four years ago. Unfortunately, my experience—from sales through job completion—was far from smooth. The flooring product they installed turned out to be completely inappropriate for a garage. It's extremely textured, which makes it nearly impossible to clean. A manager did come out shortly after the install to demonstrate how to clean it, but the process was complicated and ultimately ineffective due to the nature of the surface.
What’s worse, the original garage floor had a natural slope that allowed water from cars to drain toward the driveway. The new grippy surface traps water in puddles all over the garage, making the problem worse. When I raised this issue, I was told they don’t do any grading work—and the manager admitted that the product they installed shouldn’t have been used in this setting. His only solution? Tear it out and install a different floor at my own expense.
I chose Garage Design Source based on their great Google reviews, but I can’t say my experience matched those. After four years of ongoing issues, I’m now facing the cost of a complete replacement. I wouldn’t recommend their services based on my experience.

The process was smooth and pricing was transparent, I was able to get a quote almost instantly from GDS team and they were very communicative throughout the process.The installers arrived the site on time and did a wonderful job.I would definitely recommend GDS to get your garage flooring done.

We had a great experience with GDS! GDS applied a concrete coating to our two car garage. The team was able to fill every crack and pit that they came across. The final product looks amazing! Every one I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable! Brenda, Joe, and Richard were extremely patient with my dumb questions.
