I didn’t end up getting any work done here but I called inquiring about an issue with my bike and these guys went beyond what you could ask for customer service wise. Ali took 30 minutes out of his day to sit on the phone with me and help me in any way possible to find a solution to fix my bike. They had ideas on what the problem could be, parts to look for, and other shops to contact that could help me. Ended up using their recommendation and got a shop that could help me fix my bike. 10/10 service

The owner Ali is super responsive to messages/email and very helpful. I came in for the first time in 11/2023 for a new rear tire. The shop seems very organized and as an FYI-they require appointments for tire changes so there's no all day Saturday "come in whenever for tires" like some places. This ends up working out fine since you're not waiting for 3 other people to get their tires swapped. The tech came out to make sure the pre-existing damage to my wheel was documented and a good sign because that's attention to detail that you won't find everywhere. I was in and out quickly and a satisfied customer. Thank you!

I was very impressed with this shop. Full disclosure, I ride a Can-Am and it turned out they do not work on these at this time, so I have not seen their actual work. However, when I talked to them, the person I talked with was immediately upfront and honest that they couldn’t work on my bike. With many shops that would have been the end of it however they spent the next 15 minutes talking with me and providing good and obviously expert advice about what I needed and the local scene for Can-Ams in general. Sometimes you can tell a good shop right off and I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends on 2 wheelers. I’ll be back if they ever get into working on Can-Am trikes.

I was stranded with a newly acquired ride and reached out to Gemini because of their great reputation and online ratings.Ali responded right away and got the bike hauled in no time. His communication and updates were as quick and helpful as I could have hoped for, and they got the bike finished so quickly, even during their busy season.They were honest, affordable, happy to help, and exceeded expectations. I visited this motorcycle shop to have my custom rear fender installed on my 2018 Harley Davidson Breakout, along with fitting and installing a custom seat and rerouting the license plate. Despite waiting for over a week to get my bike into the shop, they managed to complete the job in just 2.5 hours. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome and feel like I got a great deal from a reputable shop.

So I brought my HD Sportster for electrical issues, got the battery changed and issues kept popping up: bike would die while riding. Got AAA to drop the bike at Gemini. Diagnostic "Turn Signal Module not grounded, needs replacement". Big issue as that part has been discontinued by Harley.Kind of weird diagnostic as Turn signals did work. Asked how could that be, response was "we don't know, please take your bike back and check with Harley". Cost of diagnostic with no repair, close to $200.Friend of mine knows a Harley mechanic, we bring the bike to the guy's home. He puts it on the lift, tightens the battery negative cable grounding stud (other end of negative cable) and voila! bike runs like a charm.Guess how I feel dishing out $200 for a failed diagnostic of a simple issue? I put 2 stars for the help I got in the past from the shop but...

Ali is great to deal with, very knowledgeable and excellent service provided. I will be a lifelong customer of this shop as long as I own a motorcycle. I had a couple of basic parts needing replacement and a service to be done. They were able to order the parts in a timely fashion and get me in and out with service and parts installation all done in a professional and timely manner. ??

Brought in a pretty beat up 04 Suzuki 250 that I bought on the cheap. Obviously it’s got issues, most of which I can handle but the carb had me stumped (I know FI and diesels, carbs are not my jam)Told Ali my issues, he ordered a rebuild kit, cleaned the carb, and did some other trouble shooting. I got the bike back THE NEXT DAY. Granted it’s January, so not exactly a busy season.Anyway, issues remain but it’s a lot better. He took time to talk about some other parts that need replacing to help my engine run right, and even told me which ones would be most beneficial/to try first. If this guy just wanted my money, he’d say “it still needs X,Y, and Z”. Not helping me try to save a buck doing it myself, and helping me troubleshoot.It’s nice to find a good, honest, friendly tech in the area. I’ll be bringing my other three bikes in when they need work.Service: Carburetor cleaning
