Horrible Goodwill store! They change the price to their liking. Pair of shoes were clearly marked as 6.99 but when I got to register they suddenly told me they couldn't sell it to me because it had only one price! Maybe they realized it was a high end brand and they didnt want to sell it for half price bc it had the color of the week tag on it. Where is it posted that the price on a shoe has to ve marked in 4 different places on a shoe. Ridiculous! Take your donations to honest people at Door of Hope in Ashburn. At least they are honest.

They have a nice selection at this store and the clothing section is really organized. They have a featured discount each week- this past week when I went, it was items with a purple price tag. They do need to increase the number of employees at the cash register though- I had to wait in the checkout line for 15 minutes. When I got to the register I asked if this was normal and the employee said that it was the typical wait time on a weekend. 15 minutes is too long of a wait to check-out in my opinion.
A few months ago someone stole my wallet and turned it into a bin at this Goodwill location. An employee did the right thing and dropped it off at the police station- I really appreciate their ethics at this location. Highly recommend.

I never experienced this before trying to get rid of a really good looking table. I took the legs off. I got declined at one Goodwill come to another one and get declined at another Goodwill because They don’t have tools to assemble The table I spoke to the manager he declined me I mean, when did Goodwill start declining good furniture

The worst Goodwill EVER should be called Badwill….. I have a passion for Thrifting and noticed this store/location is ripping TAX paying citizens OFF.. People please pay attention this Goodwill is scamming👉 All the shirts and pants are the same price.. this is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.. I ask the cashier and she laughed and said I don’t know why but I understand your concern.. all pants are the same price but different brands and materials. I mean understand prices are on the rise but all products are not the same and shouldn’t be PRICED the same. I donates quality item to goodwill with hopes that someone will enjoy the items and the low prices. The BBB will be notified..

Donation center the team works quickly but they don’t take a lot of house hold items I was trying to give, If you are looking to give anything baby related, they don’t take car seats, pack n plays or anything of the sorts. I will still be donating but won’t make the drive next time in hopes of giving baby chairs.

There’s one lady i walked around to see her name and was Pilly B i guess she is very rude i came in the morning to donate and she was like yelling saying open 10 and i only had one bag that was it and i told her that and she didn’t still want to take it i wont ever come back here and donate stuff here and i will not recommend my neighbors and friends to go there because of that lady

I just moved to Virginia from Alaska 7 months ago and have been shopping at this good well for the past 5, and I’ve been driving 20 minutes out of my way to and from to this Goodwill, dropping lots of money as I am carelessly spending just to buy odds and ends for my new home, even though I could find places that are closer to me, I got comfortable shopping here. Now today I wanted to purchase something that happened to not have a tag on it, and they could not make it right for me as a devoted customer, the purchase would’ve been under $10 because I had two other pieces that are similar, and all that it needed was a simple price sticker put on it, but they told me I needed to come back tomorrow…Well, tomorrow is Easter, and they will not hold it for me, so therefore my chances of getting it are slim to none. I do not understand why your Customer Service cannot be better, and I will no longer bring business here, and I left everything at the register because of that, as you try to show your customers that you cannot make it right for us, customers will start showing you that they can shop somewhere else as well. Good job on poor customer service, and to think … all this over junk, and yous still can’t make it right. And to think when you actually buy something brand new, the stores make it right for their customers. Now yous lost a profitable customer over a $7 thing.

This is usually my go-to thrift store, but yesterday one of the employees who was mopping the floor and tidying up the CHILDREN'S SECTION was smoking. I hope this does not happen again for the safety of all the workers and employees, especially the children.

I went to this goodwill today and was helped several times by a cashier named Fatima who offered me a basket when she noticed I was holding several items and was kind to me again later at the checkout. Thank you to her ?

Just really slow. They had about five people on the floor rearranging aisles and only one really slow lady checking people out. I had a handful of stuff but I just put it back and walked out because I can't spend 30 minutes in a checkout line!

Bought clothes from here didn't know that they had blood stains and fecal matter on them try to return them and were unable to do so plus bought some DVDs and they were empty I hope this isn't a inconvenience but I'll never come back here again knowing that is how the work is done.
