Just left the sterling location from picking my 2500HD up from an alignment. They only did half of the alignment. They adjusted the toe portion with the tie-rods, but the more labor portion with the control arms for the camber and caster they did nothing, said there was no adjustment. But the before and after numbers on the alignment sheet were the exact same showing they didn't even try. Do not know if this was laziness or incompetence on their part. I immediately left the sterling location and went to the Leesburg location. Talked to the service manager and lead tech, they would not say it but you could tell both agreed no effort was done. Asked for a phone number to corporate, but they said a review like this was the best way to get into touch with someone!

This is the worst service I have ever had. I had my front part fixed there but when i was driving on highways, the front part suddenly opened.scaring. even after initial check, they did not close it properly and i told them to be careful when I late parked my care there for their service.if this problem repeats, you can imagine how terrible their service quality is.horrible.

The employee sergio had the audacity to comment on my body language, he's a mechanic and certainly does not have a degree in psychology or capable of accessing one's disposition. He should stay in his lane and work on vehicles. I came there to have my vehicle serviced not to have someone judge my body language. Not only is he ignorant to who I am or how I conduct myself, I strongly suggest he stay in his lane and perhaps if he keeps tools in his hands he wouldn't look so ignorant and off centered! I had issues with his disposition as well however I came to have my vehicle serviced and as long as my vehicle is serviced properly I can care less about his ignorance. He said he was the manager and if so he needs training or come work for my company, and he treated customers that way he would be putting in job applications. I took my keys and left Due to the fact it would be below my character to be in the presence of a weird and unpleasant environment!The nerve of this..... fill in the blank!!!!!!!

Has been serving my family well for years. No shady stuff like some other places. Wheel bearing on car needed replacing, these guys got it done same day, fast and courteous. Overnight car drop off and complimentary shuttle are very convenient.

worst place. charge you services they dont do. use cheap parts that break easily and refuse to fix it. sergio the manager does nothing to fix things. will ruin your car. steong name in loudoun & fairfax county, will let it be know to never use this place. half a** job place do not come here. worst place ever!!!!

I can't actually speak to prices or value. The man behind the counter is incredibly rude. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Wow... reading through these reviews just shows it even more! Their responses to customers who are upset is to double down and act like they were in the right. I guess I got lucky when the man in the store was so rude that I left.

This location is honest, professional, and they stand behind the GoodYear name.I recently had two flat tires in the span of two weeks. I changed the two back tires at a different GoodYear location, but my second flat tire was close to the Sterling GoodYear location. When I arrived to this location the Assistant Manger, Lennox Seaforth, was very courteous and professional, and understood how terrible a situation it was for me. They were able to fit me in right away and they repaired my tire very quickly. Mr Seaforth told me that even though the other GoodYear location was not associated with this one that he would honor the warranty and there would be no additional cost. I would highly recommend this GoodYear Tire Center, and I will definitely use them in the future.

I've always had great service here. They might be a bit pricey in some aspects, but they normally give discounts and try to find you savings. Everyone is always very friendly and what I like best is the follow-up phone call to just thank you for your business. A little, but very nice, touch.

A new review for a more recent visit on 3/24. I took my Chevy G20 Van for new tires and alignment. David and team were awesome at ensuring my van was schedule before my Friday trip. David also helped me out with ensuring my pricing was as close to cost-effective as the Goodyear site was offering. (Goodyear site wasn't working correctly). I receive a call/VM that afternoon about additional items that need to be addressed (love the upselling as I am in sales) and how they broke something while lifting the van in the air. The VM mentions they can fix all the items for $2k and what THEY broke for $270. I call back to ask why they would even think asking for me to pay for something they broke was even remotely ok to ask of me. I guess the worst thing I could say is "no". I just had my van raised on a lift the day prior and he didn't break anything. LOL. They ended up fixing what they broke (didn't see any pictures as I requested), and they sent me off. I do agree that what they requested to be fixed needs addressing, but this latest experience made me realize that even your go to guys will not always deliver. I deducted 1-star for the voicemail asking me to pay for something they broke, and another 2-stars for the overall experience. Might go back, might not.
