These stylists rescued me. I came in with a nightmare from another salon and they all worked together to fix it and make me beautiful. They are not afraid of a challenge. I'm so grateful to them.

May 1st, 10AM I arrived Hair Cutters to get my hair cut ; welcome me is the broken register computer, and no body care to talk to me . at the time I am only waiting customer Then 1 customer having service complete and getting out ( 2 stylist in store at the time) but this time behind me is another customer get in and welcome to get service - still no body care to talk to me. - and I still wait for my service
It happened one more time -another customer having service complete and getting out another customer behind me welcome to get service.
I confront the stylist and get no good reason why --- Do I ban by Hair Cuttery because I am non white?

I took my daughter here in September, shortly after she started school. I don't remember the stylists name but I was unimpressed to say the least. Here are the issues I had: 1)The lady soaked my daughter's back because she was not properly draped to begin with. Instead of saying "Sorry", she kind of giggled about it. 2) She used a very high temperature and was not aware about how the sound and temperature was bothering my daughter and did not make adjustments accordingly. Also the person did not know how to layer hair. Overall maybe they might be okay for a buzz cut for boys but maybe that is it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because of the awful stylist we had.

I had my first haircut with Minty about six weeks ago. My hair is short and the cut was decent. Last week, I went in for a specific haircut and showed Minty a photo of what I wanted. What I wanted and what I received were two different things and I don't know what to do about it. It's cut so badly, I'll have to wait to grow it out again. The line below is a default line and not mine.

This was my first time going to a hair salon because normally my aunt cuts my hair but I booked an appointment with Phan and she did a wonderful job. She is very friendly and communicates with you throughout the session. I came in for a trim and long layers along with face framing and I’m so in love with the results. I’m definitely coming back :)
