The worst customer service ever. The cashier was smiling instead of apologizing. 3 to 4 representatives and no one was serious about their job or interested in helping customers. Will never ever shop from H&M again. Train your staff better. Or teach all same rules and training.

My partner and I spent hours shopping in this H&M, tucked away in a nostalgic mall. The store is clean and organized. The dressing rooms are spotless and the lighting and mirrors great for trying on clothes. As for the clothes, there's a solid mix of trendy, up-to-date options for both men and women and some pretty good sales racks. Overall, it's a solid stop.

Awful customer service and return policy. You can only exchange a gift - even with a receipt. They will only give a refund with the card used to purchase the gift. What are you supposed to do? Go to the gift giver and say I need your card to return the gift that doesn't fit? They could easily give you cash but they only want to keep your money.

this store is humongous with a large variety of clothes and pants that we could use to dress ourselves. there are changing booths and the prices are somewhat affordable. the customer service was also pretty good they were very friendly
