Bad experience, inhumane treatment after paying the money. This means that all he wants is that your money was stolen. I do not believe that these people are inhumane.?!!

Great people to work with. I went in two nights ago looking to finally get a couch and loveseat from moving over the summer (for Thanksgiving next week). I found what I was looking for, and they accommodated me only needing one table out of a set (we have a small den space). They said they'd deliver it the next evening, and they did! They even helped us put protectors on the bottom for our wooden floor and explained some upkeep on them.

I purchased a table stand from these folks. Bought the table as a set from a large online retailer who lost the stand in shipping. I called around looking to purchase the missing stand and Home Value Furniture offered competitive rates but more importantly excellent communication. Stand arrived on time, I paid for delivery and install considering the table weighs ~250 lbs.Turned out that the manufacturer forgot to ship screws with the stand! Again, these folks followed up every other day with the manufacturer and kept me updated. Unlike the table manufacturer and the online retailer, Home Value Furniture took complete ownership and got the job done today. Excellent communication and work ethic, both from the owner/manager and the delivery/install crew. Thankful to have them local in our neighborhood!

Came upon this place looking for a new couch for our living room. AJ worked extremely hard to give me the couch I was looking for and busted his tail to make sure it arrived by when I need it. I appreciated the service there and went back to buy a coffee table. Their prices are reasonable and I'd recommend this place.
