“The customer service and quality of care I initially received were great, but plummeted after Rick Archer was promoted to a different position. Since then, I've reached out to my new agent multiple times following a dramatic rate hike and only received a boilerplate response like 'I'll check on it,' followed by complete radio silence, despite my reasonable follow-ups. I thought having a broker would mean personalized service, but I've had better responses from a chatbot on a mobile app. At this point, I'm simply asking for the dignity of being responded to.
UPDATE: the customer service has gotten much much better (or back to normal) so in all fairness I'm updating my rating.”
