I had an extremely disappointing experience dealing with John. His behavior toward customers is not only unprofessional but flat-out disrespectful. Instead of offering help or solutions, he came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending. It’s clear he lacks basic customer service skills and shows no regard for how he speaks to people.
No one deserves to be treated with that kind of attitude—especially when they’re coming in with genuine questions or concerns. I wouldn’t recommend doing business here as long as John is involved. There are plenty of other places that actually respect and value their customers.

The Intell Auto Team and Mr. Lee are absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, they were incredibly thorough, professional, and efficient. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. My family and I were referred to them, and we are so grateful for that recommendation — it’s clear we’ve found a team we can trust.
Mr. Lee took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to find a shop that combines deep expertise with such a personal, honest approach. Whether it’s routine maintenance or something more complex, we know we’re in good hands.

...very appreciative that the shop took me in on short notice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and appears to be well experienced and knowledgeable working on my 2006 F150. I'm glad to have them as neighbors. It was my very 1st visit and was very pleased with their work. I picked up my vehicle, and immediately dropped off a 2nd.

Trust John to do his best to get you in and get you out. John has been servicing my cars now for almost 8 years. He has never let me down. Always looks out for me. That's the type of guy he is. He works hard and even harder for his customers. So glad I can take my car somewhere I can feel secure I'm not being swindled or toyed with.
