One escalator was broken. The other sounded louder than a passing train. Store stock seems low and watching employees, no one there seems happy. The store is in poor disrepair. And it was hot too like AC doesnt matter for employees or customers. My guess is this will another brand name to close its doors at the Dulles Town Center mall.

Men’s JCP’s area is the nicest there is a guy in there who is a cashier named Michael. He is the best. Michael, the store's cashier, embodies the true spirit of exceptional customer service. His kindness, compassion, and dedication to helping others are an inspiration to all who interact with him. Every time I visit the store, I am impressed by his remarkable ability to connect with customers and provide personalized service. His kindness in helping one of my students get fitted for prom is a shining example of his exceptional service, and I believe that he truly deserves a raise for his outstanding contributions.

It is a warehouse with quality merchandise that is very organized in its merchandise areas for women, men, children and infants. They are very clear about the prices of sale items even those with high prices according to their brand ✔️ and quality. This week I made a good purchase of t-shirts ? and shorts, with very good prices ? according to the product.
I recommend them if you come to Sterling.

This is specific to the JC Penny Photo. Renzo, thank you so much for accommodating me in regards to me dog. Words cannot express how appreciative and happy that I was able to capture my last few memories with my dog before he passed. A day difference made a huge difference, even to an hour difference to just accommodate my situation. You are truly a star. Thank you.

Was shopping in the beauty depart 3/28 in the afternoon. The associate greeted me and told me what promos were going on. Then proceed to follow me around the store and watched me while I was looking around. She never talked to me in after greeting me when I walked in. On top of that she left that area Because the jewelry department was moving something around. The items I was going to buy I put back Because she disappeared

i went to jc penny in hopes of finding the pink friday 2 fragrance and this really kind lady at the kiosk (she had ginger/dark red hair) was able to help me find it. it’s so hard finding this fragrance and finally found it here. thank you so much to her!!

i used to use this story to walk over to the main mall. this place has everything you could want, a lower entrance, a higher entrance, and then a middle entrance as well. there are so many access points from this place through the store to the mall
