I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no line and I was brought right in. After a few minutes, the mechanic came in with my cabin air filter in hand and told me it looked clean and didn't need to be replaced, but asked me if I wanted it replaced anyway. I told him to go ahead and leave it. I was pleasantly surprised he didn't try to tell me it needed replacing anyway. All told, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I must say this jiffy lube is awesome, they let you know when you need filters, or anything else that applies. They are always very welcoming, very friendly and very welcoming. Always, a pleasure to come get my oil changed here. I have not ever left unhappy

Highly recommended location! They always provide a consistent and friendly service. Trust me, I’ve had my car serviced at competitors and other Jiffy Lube’s alike and this is the best one around! Thanks to Scott and his crew for always taking care of me!

Bobby was extremely respectful and helpful. He gave me a recommendation on the prior visit and today I decided to move forward with the radiator flush, he also explained the process. The team got me out in a timely manner 5 stars

It’s my first time bringing my car for service at Jiffy lube Potomac Run Plaza, all the people are pleasant and respectful, they did a great job .

Jiffy Lube offers a 15% milirary discount. At this location, however, they type in their own local storel code and give you $10 off. Avoid this location and go somewhere else. I will never return.
Edit -- and despite their response, here's proof (2nd photo) they can give more than $10 and have done so. This is the only receipt available in my car right now ... but it shows their repsonse alone is inaccurate.
