Why have a huge sign that says “Kohl’s returns” and customer service pointing upstairs and make someone wait in line up there where we are directed, only to tell them Kohl’s returns are at the register downstairs where the lines are ten times as long??? it’s Amazon returns that are upstairs. So confusing and unnecessary. Improve the signage and process, customer service should be for all returns!

Only had 1 register open and the line was 15 people long. It is 2 weeks before school starts, they shouldve anticipated it would be busier. The 2 cashiers were not in any hurry and working 1 register and took 5+ min per person. This is unacceptable, call another cashier or the manager for help. People were abandoning their purchases and leaving they were so slow.

I was not impressed with the variety of items in the housewares sections. Maybe it's between seasons, but there was not much of a selection.

Customer service is OK. They didn’t have the cologne. I need it but it’s OK. It’s a popular cologne but again the customer service was outstanding. I can’t complain.

People are friendly but I'm pretty angry. I returned some Amazon today and they handed me 20% off next purchase in store or 40% if apply for Kohl's card. Not bad... Find some Nike shoes let's use the 20%... NOPE!!!!! THEY LIE TO YOU. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Apparently it has to be a kohls brand..... Would be nice if they Tell you that before thinking you can make a purchase on their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT CLAIM OF 20 % off next purchase in store!!!

Have shopped here on and off for more than 10 years. Am happy with the items and gifts purchased here. My last purchase was 5 bath towels in March 2025. Staff is helpful and polite. The return and customer service areas get the job done by nice people.

Kohls associates very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you hit it right on specials in the Sterling store.
