I contacted the dealership with some questions and it was after hours and a guy named Tony called me on his private number and helped me with everything I needed help with. He was very polite and seemed to actually care about my experience and not just how much money he could make off of me. Very nice guy, very good experience, and I would recommend others to give Tony at koons a call if they are looking for a vehicle or just some questions to be answered.

Daniel was professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He took the time to explain the service details clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my vehicle was ready on time.

Claude’s customer service is truly on another level. He consistently goes above and beyond for his customers. Not only did he guide me through the entire car-buying process with patience and honesty, but he has also shown genuine care for my family. He even fulfilled my mother's request out of his own pocket, without expecting anything in return. That level of kindness and integrity is rare. Claude is more than just a salesman—he is someone who truly cares about people. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate professional.
My visit wouldn't be the same without him. I hope he gets recognition for the things that he did. He deserves it!

What a shoddy dealership. After purchasing 4 commercial vehicles in a year and being heavily coerced to purchase “maintenance plans” that are not accepted @ other dealerships - I have called multiple people. Spoken to managers (Matt & Hassan) no one will even return my call. 0 stars. Terrible experience. This dealership doesn’t value a customer who spent over 200k. I’ll never go back.

Great customer service and my sales man name Hector pineda was very good and very helpful he would help you to get what you want and he fellow up with me next day after I got my car. Am happy with them. I am waiting to see their services later and I will write a review about it also.
