I have to shoutout the entire staff, but in particular the team leader young lady. She exuded patience in front of very difficult clients giving a hard time. She will be a great nurse when she finishes her BSN!!! Keep it up

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Do not come here! The manager or whomever the lead is — goes and yells at all her staff members, making them cry. Then charges me $150 and says my insurance will take care of it. I later get two more bills. $450 later she sends the blood results to the wrong doctor which is PII violation. I call LabCorp and they tell me I still need to pay, even though I did not receive any results. $450 and zero results! This is fraud!

Labcorp filled out my paperwork, I paid, they drew blood and then realized they left off tests the doctor ordered. They added the additional tests to the lab work and wanted to poke me again to draw additional blood. I said no, you are not poking me again for additional blood. Then I overhead them lie to their supervisor indicating I'd only allow them to draw 2 viles of blood.

Ashley has to be new or just likes to poke needles into my wife's arm to leave huge bruises and hematomas. We came for simple bloodwork but Ashley started on my wife's left arm, filled up 2 tubes of blood but did not do it right so they only filled up halfway. She decided to toss the viles. My wife said it hurts. Then she decided to try the right arm, again poking around and not finding a vein. Who trains these people? Ashely has piercings all over so she should know how to find a vein. So after a supervisor comes in and sees the blood, they finally draw what was needed. Never again. Sent a message to corporate asking for their insurance carriers because we will be making a personal injury claim. Google won't let me upload the videos due to blood. Go somewhere else. Bad management and no one told us my wife would be a pin cushion for a TRAINEEE? Disgusted!

I showed up at 830 in the morning for fasting blood work. The person checking me in didn’t know how to get my lab order from mychart. They said because my healthcare provider was with Inova, the lab order was sent to Inova. It’s 2024. How can a lab not have access to work orders from a nova providers? The biggest healthcare provider in our area? The people at the desk had no understanding of the MyChart app and made no attempt to help me figure it out. they said my healthcare provider had to FAX them a copy of The lab order. Lol. On top of that, there was a kid in the back screaming the entire time. He was probably screaming for 20 minutes. It was upsetting for everybody in the waiting room. They should’ve just said he’s too upset. He needs to go and have his blood
drawn at the hospital instead we all had to hear, loud, violent, screaming, and wailing. The whole situation felt mismanaged. It didn’t seem like anybody was in charge.

I have been coming to the Sterling location for many years. Usually, I’ve had challenging experiences with customer service and wait times. This morning, while there was a line before opening (which was expected), three check-in staff members were available at 7 AM and immediately started processing people. There were also 4 staff in the lab area. I was in and out of the facility in 15 minutes. In addition to the much improved efficiency, the staff were all very professional and pleasant.

Horrible service! I had to take a drug test for my employer. It is mentioned on the website site they do it from 8 AM till 4 PM. I spent an hour driving just to hear that they do it till 3 PM, which is mentioned NOWHERE!

Easy check-in, no wait, but the best part, and I regret not getting her name, but it was the first time ever in my entire life where a phlebotomist took my blood and I felt nothing.

I had the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with having a blood test done. The technician was so good at drawing the blood he was finished before I knew he had inserted the needle. I did not feel a thing - no pinch.
If you are fortunate enough to have “G” do your test, you will be very, very happy!
I dreaded going in, but came out so relieved and so pleased.

Came here today for a blood draw for my infant and the lady who did it was a complete moron who couldn’t even keep her glasses on her head, let alone draw a good blood sample. She stuck him two times and I’m still not sure they even got what they wanted. Don’t come here.

Its been two weeks since my daughter's blood was drawn with no results. I would never choose this lab again if there was an alternative. They told us the doctor had them several times and the doctor has not received them.
update: Today a SUPER nice rep informed me that they did not post results until all were back. Unfortunately we had one result that is taking 2 weeks. I appreciate understanding this, however, they should post the other results and not only post once all of the results are back. She was nice enough to mail me a copy of the results finally ( after 13 days, but in her defense, I just talked to her today, The other reps were not helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is unprofessional and disorganized. They are extremely understaffed and you'll wait a minimum of an hour even with appointments. Avoid this place if possible.
