This lifetime branch is the winner when it comes to the wide selection of equipment/machines that are available and the awesome staff. The Lifetime cafe is also great, and they recently renovated the surrounding space to include more areas where you can be productive after/before your workout. I love this LifeTime location!

The absolute, worst, awkward, and most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in my life dealing with Lifetime fitness. I dealt with Billy kozlowski After waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes for him to finally come down, I had to stand at the front desk and have a membership discussion with him because apparently he doesn’t have an office or they don’t use their offices anymore. So as I’m talking over people that are walking in and everybody else standing in the lobby trying to understand the membership rates. He is totally out of it and brushing me off as if he almost did not want me to join the club. I was confused as to what his job was. So finally when I’m figuring it’s best for me to leave. I ask him for a business card they take 10 minutes looking around for a business card just totally unprofessional I’ve never seen Lifetime conduct business like this.

As a gym they have all the things you need, but so does planet fitness, so does crunch fitness. When evaluating these premium health clubs such as lifetime I always viewed one of their main benefits as being able play basketball on a quality court whenever I wanted. The sauna, spa, pool, etc. most other gyms provide, especially for the egregious price point of lifetime. 24 hours access to a basketball court? Harder to find than you might think. All this to say, this lifetime (and I suspect more to follow) has gotten rid of their basketball courts in favor of Pickleball courts. Literally the courts have been fully converted, basketball hoops removed, etc. I get it, pickleball is hot, and more people are playing it rn, and the basketball courts probably weren't used as much as the pickleball courts. Why not just leave it at 1 court for basketball and 1 court for pickleball as it was.

The swim pool is very dirty. Every time I can find some dead bugs under on the bottom. I’m highly doubt if the pool is ever get cleaned.

Gym is great, I just wish the can keep up a bit on cleanliness. I noticed some staffing cuts ever this year and it’s starting to show that this gym is properly maintained. Other than that, I enjoy this gym the most

The club used to be solid, now the management doesn’t really care about all communities. Now has more of a “country club” vibe. Stephen has chosen to abandon the basketball community in order of hopes in increasing membership. This was done by adding pickle ball courts and eliminating basketball. There was plenty of room for both. The management provided a bunch of lip service to explain his reasoning, but it’s evident they care about one thing !Lifetime did not consult its customers before removing all the amenities designed for actual athletes, teens, kids and families.Lifetime is switching all its programming to appeal to the geriatric fad of pickle ball

Sean and Geta including the guy at the front desk were so helpful. I got locked out of my locker, and Sean was kind enough to help me get in. He aske how my workout was and introduced himself. GETA help me also look for my AirPods, as they were both very busy to keep the club clean. I didn’t catch the guys name at the front desk. However, he was very helpful. This is my favorite gym in the world.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering a gym coach Daniela F, who completely lacked basic manners and professionalism. This review aims to shed light on the discourteous behavior and unaccommodating attitude. I was 5 minutes late to my 6pm Alpha Strength class. She refused to allow me to workout when I tried to explain to her why I was late. She kept arguing with me in front of other members on why I cannot join the class. I understand if a member is constantly late but this was my first time arriving late and she would not allow me to join the class, until after going back and forth she responded "fine you win." At this point I felt so uncomfortable being in the class. We pay high membership fees for this class to just be treated so condescending that this bitter experience has deferred me from joining her class. I have never had any experience like this with any other coaches except her. Daniela's rudeness, and unprofessional demeanor created an unwelcoming atmosphere and made me feel unwelcome hope the management takes this feedback constructively and ensures that all coaches embody the values of respect, professionalism, and empathy towards their clients. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and to receive the support needed to reach my fitness goals.

I’ve gone to every gym in NoVa and Lifetime is the best. Yeah it’s expensive, but if you use it frequently it’s well worth it. Not to mention it’s full of the friendliest and most amazing people, both the employees and members (I’ve been a member for about 4 years and worked there in the past for 2 years)

The Lifetime Sterling is a really nice and relaxing place to visit. It's located away from the busy traffic and noise of Fairfax County, which makes it a peaceful place to go. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they make you feel welcomed. If you visit in the afternoon between 5-7pm, there's usually enough space to do what you want to do. There's also a kids center with a great team who not only offer child care, but also structured classes to help kids learn social and mental skills. If you're interested in spa services or swimming, there's a full service spa and an indoor/outdoor pool with many amenities. Whether you want to focus on your fitness or just relax, the Sterling Lifetime is a great place to go.

The reason for my score. Well I am at the Sterling LifeTime and it has been disappointing me for years. The gym equipment is constantly broken. I understand it's going to have wear and tear but why does it take a billion dollar company 4 weeks to fix something. Why do you not keep some spare parts like cables in the maintenance room? I mean that would be the most logical thing to do. I know mom and pop gyms that can have something fixed the next day. I reported a stationary bike to be broken twice and no one fixed it. Finally the third time it got fixed a few weeks later. Bathrooms; I walk in last week and 2 out of 3 urinals are broken. I have no idea why, but again a week later and still not fixed. Stop forcing your gyms to buy the garbage cable attachments. Invest some money into the good stuff like Prime or MAG Grip attachments. Afterall, you are soaking enough money out of us for these memberships the least you can do is reinvest a few hundred bucks back into the members. You say are rates went up to invest back into us but all you care about are your classes and not the equipment.

Love the personnel! Unbearable noise! It used to be peaceful and more friendly environment. Nowadays this gym became so noisy. Group training with loudspeaker at the main floor, noise in the pool with swimming competitions. Management should do something!
