Shopping for an auto body shop, I recently took my Acura at M&W for an estimate. The owner, Sayed, understood all my concerns and addressed them properly. He is professional, very honest, friendly, and has done exceptional work. When I picked up my car, it looked as though seeing it brand new for the first time all over again. Made me super happy. He provides top notch service at an extremely fair price and has finished way ahead of time. Therefore, I’m giving Sayed 5 stars. Thank you so much again, Sayed! Should I have another need in the future, you’ll surely get my business.

I want to share my personal experience with M&W Auto Repair LLC (also listed as M&W Auto Body Repair).
• I returned to this shop because after a prior repair, my vehicle’s radar and driver-assist systems were not functioning properly.
• I was initially told the process would take approximately 2–3 days, but it ultimately took 16 days. During that time, I received multiple messages about payment despite not being provided with a clear written estimate or repair details.
• During my visit on August 5 (the day I dropped off my car), the shop owner interacted with me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable, which added significant stress to an already difficult situation.
• When I later returned with a knowledgeable friend, I noticed differences between what I had been told and the actual condition of my vehicle.
• Repairs were described to me as completed, but a subsequent inspection at Pohanka Acura found missing components, a warped replacement grille, and other issues. I now have to pay to have those items replaced and repaired properly.
• I had to request multiple times before a formal receipt was finally provided.
Based on my experience, I did not feel the process was handled with transparency or professionalism, and I personally would not return to this business.

Little shop, big results. M&W fixed my Lexus to like new condition after someone hit it. They even matched the paint, which is a 3-coat complex job. Syed is an extremely nice guy and great communicator over text during the process. He was also thoughtful about what parts to replace (and not replace) with good reasons why. Even touched up a few scratches I had not mentioned. Job was done on time as promised and car was delivered washed and waxed.

Very professional. Took photos of the car before, explained the work needed to be done, made sure I was happy with it after. Syed stayed late until I could come to pick the car up. Great service, would definitely come back again!

Someone hit my car when it was parked so I went to different shops to get a quote. The price was about the same among all of them, but the willingness to work with me is what made a hell of a difference. The other shops just went through the motion of filling forms and taking pictures to generate the quote. I have never dealt with collisions and claims before and basically I did not have to, Sayd from M&W, took care of that. Sayd took the time to not only do that, but also asked me questions about my car needs, expectation, etc. My car had some dings on the hood and he offered to take care of those as well for me. He not only did that, he also took care of other details so my car look like new. He replaced a plastic cover that goes under the front bumper just because it was scratched at the bottom (you could barely see it). After having the car repaired, they cleaned it inside and out clearing the mess in the back from hauling kids around. Even the engine got a complete wash! I would highly recommend them.

Sayed is a great person. He took care of my car in minimal time frame as I needed it very quickly for travel plans. He worked with the insurance seamlessly and efficiently. I found M&W searching nearby shops and it's 5star reviews had me going there after someone rear-ended my 2024 Integra. I met with Sayed and he was informative and very nice so I went with them to do the repairs. He worked with the insurance company and got everything sorted. The work done on my car was amazing. There was hidden damage more than the obvious and he fixed everything perfectly and even wash/waxed so it looked brand new! His work used the factory paint so you couldn't tell any damage at all. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do I will certainly be calling Sayed again. Thank you!

My review starts with my car being stolen - the worse feeling so I worked with my insurance company in finding a repair shop and came across M&W - what a miracle - the owner Syed is a professional and honest and he puts his customers first - from day one he kept me up to date with the car and the repairs and answered all my questions. Today when I picked up my car it was beautiful from inside and outside I had tears in my eyes and gave him a hug! This started on negative note and ended on a very positive one - you will not be disappointed! Thank you Syed!

I found M&W Body Shop with a google search and was impressed with it's 5 star rating, so I tried him out. The owner Sayed is a very charming gentleman. He understands the plight of middle to low income family's. He provides top notch service at an extremely fair price. Most auto body shops can take weeks just to get you in and weeks to repair. Sayed understood my need for a quick appointment and turn around. We got in right away and he had it repaired in two days as promised. When he came across an unknown damaged internal part he provided me pictures while still attached to the car. He was honest with me from beginning to end. He lifted the uneasy feeling you usually have when dealing for the first time with a company. I give Sayed 5 stars because he is very honest, his pricing is very good, his timeliness was perfect, and a job well done. He will do you right!! Thank you Sayed. If I have another need in the future you will surely get my business.
