5 stars for the products, 1 star for the cashiers!
Waited 30 minutes in line because the cashiers were unbelievably slow! I had some returns and a purchase, she scanned every return and then in slow motion added all the sensors to each and every item and then hung up each and every item in the slowest way possible. My sister who was 3 people behind me in line and purchased MORE items than me finished before me and my cashier was still doing my returns! What the heck?! No thanks never coming back to this location. The other cashier lady - the manager- was slow as hell too. It seems like the person my sister got was the exception and the only competent one there.

The service is good. The prices are great, just as any store of its kind. You have to search for good items. But I am sure you'll find an amazing deal.

very kind workers and a clean store. the selection of clothing, beauty supplies, bags, and everything else is really impressive. there were plenty of brands i recognized at a low price. would return!

Cashier was rude. I found a foundation that i needed it, it was out of its box, no cap, when checking out i asked them if they had any discount for damage items, to what the cashier next to me responded “No we don’t, if you like it you like if not you dont have to buy it”. And she kept arguing, that the only reason it was opened was because people check if the foundation color matches their skin.

I got in the store before closing time. The cashiers closed down all registers except one while customers were still in line, how ridiculous. They started cleaning and some cashiers walking up and down. Customers should be first and all customers needs to be checked out before you shut down registers. You guys want to go home, I get it but you are paid to do your job and checking customers out is part of your job. At least have two or three registeres open until every customer is out of the store then you can shut everything down.

I had a terrible experience at this Marshall's location. I drove an hour based on positive reviews to purchase an item I needed. Trusting the store, I didn't check the item before leaving, only to discover it was broken once I got home. I then drove another hour to exchange it, despite having discarded the tags, though I did have the receipt. In the past, at other locations, I've never been required to present tags for exchanges, and the staff has always been helpful. However, this time, the staff was extremely rude and even laughed in my face. They refused to assist me, wasting my time, gas, and making me feel very uncomfortable. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given my previous positive interactions at other Marshall's stores. My time is valuable, and this incident was a significant inconvenience.

Decent cheap store to buy most home goods at a fair price. Quite busy on weekends. They offer food, paintings, furniture, cookware, shoes, clothes, etc. similar to goodwill but better.
